Very disappointed. An employee with pink hair was spraying silly string all over the parking lot right after I saw him puffing on drugs and some sort of vaporizer. It got it all over my vehicle. This is the worst Walmart. On line order associates are rude, not helpful and in the way. Customer service center associates are condescending and have not been trained in customer service. Picking up groceries here is super slick using the app. You just pick out what you need, pick out a time, and pick it up! Very rarely the items I ordered are out of stock - unlike HyVee. When I ordered groceries from there I would have a huge order and only pick up one sack bc all my stuff was out of stock. The employees at the Walmart pick up are kind and even take my old bags to recycle! Once I got someone else's order accidentally and one of the pick up employees drove the correct order out to my house. Great service! read more

If we could've found a manager or somebody higher than the babble mouse that was talking with the customers more than he was checking people out, we might have been able to get out of the checkout line and under an hour. Had one check on his name was George some mouth, old man who was sitting doing more talking the check there must've been five people in line. Some lady came up to check out and some guy with overloaded cart whiz in and wouldn't let me in front of him while I had way way less than he did we told her you need another checker here And all we got was a blank stare. No, I never got her name. I was about 30 seconds away from walking out and leaving a cart with about $200 in it just there.. so thanks a lot George. You better be damn happy that I'm not your boss cause I had a fire your ass on the spot and Walmart management there. I think you need to be terminated too. Are we going to self check out? I tried to buy some towels there and discovered when I bought them to scan that they were covered in dog shit. Why would the store allow dogs to shit all over the store and then allow people to use the supposedly "new" merchandise to clean it and then sell items with dog shit? They sell food there and god only knows where else the dog shit is. I do wish they only allowed service animals. read more

People are great, i rarely encounter a "people of walmart character", the employees are always helpful when i need assistance! This store is ran better than any other stores in the surrounding states. And It's a much needed store so i've been to a lot throughout the midwest. If only mine here in Des Moines. Cleanest, most organized Walmart I've ever been in. They also had multiple self check out registers so no one had to wait. Team members all were courteous. Imma need Walmart management from Arkansas to take this management team around to other locations to show them how it's done. read more

Standard Wal-Mart. The sales tax is slightly lower since it's outside of Omaha, which is nice. And it's incredibly easy to get to. I would almost rather come here than to one closer to me because I don't have Omaha city streets to deal with here. A slightly less "People of Walmart" experience here, too. read more

For Wal-Mart, it really isn't bad. We love the online grocery pickup option, and overall they do a really good job. Convenient location and overall an enjoyable place to shop. Downside is we find that this store often goes weeks without restocking items at times. For example being out of Peter pan peanut butter for almost a month. It has happened more times at this location than others. read more

This store isn't bad- but is so understaffed that they never have anyone running an actual checkout line- they only have self checkout. So they'll have 8-10 lanes just vacant and a line of 15 people backed up for self checkout while two or three employees in yellow vests are just standing there doing nothing. I don't know who manages this place but I'll never understand why they have it set up this way. So inconvenient and a waste of space and time. read more

Had the WORST experience at the Gretna Walmart, put a grocery order in for pickup, Waited 1 hour plus talked to three associates about waiting so long with no resolve. Left with out getting our groceries from the lack of them no giving a care! Terrible customer service!! Hope you have awhile if you are looking to pickup groceries. I went in to buy a basketball hoop for my children on 7/5/16. I found one with a mangled box but it had a printed white paper that said now $35.88. Upon arriving at register it rang up as $72 and then another spot rang up at $54. I politely pointed out the tag after both times asking about it. Then I was accused of placing the tag on it myself to try to rip them off. The cashier was absolutely rude and out of line accusing me of doing such a thing. I really don't care if the tag was mistakenly placed on or not I should've gotten the price. I would've even paid the $54 if it had been explained properly and I weren't accused of doing it. Judging others like that and not even having a good conversation is extremely poor customer service. I believe I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

I never used to be a Walmart fan, I like them better than amazon, so I started shopping there more often. So far, very pleasantly surprised; they do a terrific job, Today I had great conversations with the staff, who took the time to joke around with my kids, to help me figure out my car seat, graciously returned a broken set of headphones, before seeing me off.
