Things I don't like about this store are the store management and the store manager. I'm a former Premium Wireless Pro employee, a third-party company for Walmart Wireless, and there are a lot of issues with this store. The issue about the store management, which are team lead, AP coaches, and store manager, is that when I call them on the intercoms, they never show up. I'm trying to get them to the department, where I'm at, for something I can't do or a customer wants to file a complaint, it's mostly complaints. Another problem is that most of the AP coaches don't even like 80% of their employees, which is wrong. One of the employees, not going to tell their name, got in trouble for not catching a thief stealing something, now the AP doesn't like that employee; one problem is that the store does NOT have any security guards at all, and even calling for AP, they wouldn't show up. Another problem is that only the police officers can ban a customer off the property. That makes no sense, how are you AP when you have the power to ban someone off the property? Can you just grab the customer and send them to the AP office and show the video evidence to the customer on why they're not allowed to come to the store again? The worst part is that the police officers are not the managers at Walmart, all they do in Walmart is send the customer to the AP office before charging them. It's stressful how 13 objects get stolen every week. The store manager is the main problem of this store. This store does not have enough employees, like there are not enough employees in Electronics, Automotive, Sporting Goods, and Checkouts. The main problem is Electronics; why is there 1 employee doing the morning shift and knowing that they got to take a 1-hour lunch break and giving the electronic keys to another associate who has no experience in electronics? It would be simple and easy to have one employee do the 5 or 6 AM shift and another employee do the 11 AM shift; guess what, It has to be the wireless associate to does all the work without the keys because the AP wouldn't do it; however, I always help the employees with no electronic experiment because I watch every move that the electronic associate does. In electronics, Premium employees are not allowed to have the electronic keys because of the previous Premium Wireless employees that had stolen something 3 years ago. What stupid is that why did the store manager say "Do you have the keys" when you knew that I was not allowed to have the electronic keys? TLDR: This is the worst store you can shop and work at, find a different store that is better than Forrest City read more

Just about all Wal-Marts are the same so you know what to expect. Because it's in a small town there seems to be a more friendlier atmosphere, or it may be that the person I usually go with knows everyone in the store. Has a Murphy USA fueling station. read more

If you are traveling in a RV and thinking about stopping here , don't ! They don't want your business spend your money somewhere else. I stopped here while passing through and spent a few hundred dollars in the store. Then SECURITY told me I had to leave. I return my items and left and won't come back. read more

Most ghetto walmart store I have ever set foot in. Employees obviously don't care, customers from the twilight zone - this store is a hot mess. Especially love the guys walking around shouting mf this and mf that. This is one classy joint! So glad that I'm just passing through and don't have to shop here on a regular basis! read more

Walmart Supercenter - Signs don't do much good when installed upside down - Department Stores Near Me - Forrest City, Arkansas

Last night was the first time I stayed at a Walmart. Bought the Rv a week ago and stayed in an Rv park the first couple of nights. I called and talked to the store manager. She said "no problem, come on over!" Walking distance to a McDonald's and a dollar general. Gas station in the parking lot. Security patrol making the rounds. Plenty of room to park. We didn't put out the slides or level, but she said it was ok to do. Easy on and off the highway. We bought breakfast and supplies from Walmart. Thankful that they allow parking here. read more

I don't know where to start regarding this Walmart Supercenter. My experiences there have been horrible to the point I had to call the corporate phone number. I have a small Yorkie service dog and the first time I took him in the store, the Greater told me I was being inconsiderate bring him in. I became so upset that I spoke to the Floor Manager about the comment her Greater had made. My next trip there, Greater #2, told me I could place his carrier in the shopping cart. This time I called the Store Manager and spoke to him, and he said as long as he was in his carrier I was not breaking the store policy. Then, my next visit there Greater #3 pulled me aside and ask me if he was a Service Dog. My Service Dog has been going into that store and everywhere with me since Nov. 2016. My 4th trip the Greater pulled me aside and ask me if he was a Service Dog and told me I might have to show proof that he was certified. Is that not a violation of the HIPPA law? At this point I went to find the Floor Manager, who is not the same one I spoke to before. I ask for the corporate number and she told me she didn't know it and she told me that he couldn't be in the shopping cart in his carrier. I told he what the former Store Manager said and she told me that policies had changed. She went on to say that people might feel uncomfortable with him in his carrier in the shopping cart. When I spoke to the corporate customer service individual, he told me that my Service Dog could be in his carrier in the shopping cart. To be honest with you, I feel I am being harassed and discriminated against because I need my Service Dog. My Service Dog is the sweetest little dog you would ever meet. Personally, I think the employees at this Walmart might try following his example. If there was somewhere else to shop, I certainly would not be shopping there. Too bad the former Floor Manager isn't still in that position because she was very good at what she did and resolved customer related issues quickly. And, she was honest as well. Their new Store Manager needs to give classes on Walmart policies to her employees because they are very much in need of education. It is sad when the customer knows more about Walmart policies than the employees working there. read more
