It looks nothing like what I ordered. I didn't want a bow on it, but it's on there anyway. I wanted the blue square vase and the fuller bouquet, but got a tall slender one. I purchased the "premium" sized TELEFLORA'S SAPPHIRE SKIES BOUQUET, (shows many white roses, and at least two lilies, and I asked for more of the dark blue in the arrangement as well). A gentleman put me on hold to research my order and came back and told me the delivery team didn't not have the flowers I had requested so they did not fulfill the order. No phone call, no email, no opportunity to change the flowers or call another florist to handle the order. Just ignored it and went about their day. He told me they sent an email refunding my card but no, they did not and still have not. Not even an apology. Absolutely inexcusable!
