Although it's not Top Tier, MFA uses their own blend of proprietary detergents in their fuels. It's unclear if this particular location ever resumed filling propane tanks or not. I think that there was a plan to do so, though. The store hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. However, the fuel dispensers are available 24/7 via credit card. The employees here are nice folks, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful. They've all treated me well. I've been happy to patronize this MFA over the past many years, just for that reason. A solid four stars, mainly because the unpaved sections of driving surface can get a bit muddy during rainy weather. I recommend this business, and plan to continue patronizing it.

However, the bounds of the property make for congestion during busy times, as it's located adjacent to a Walmart parking lot. There's a manned service booth where customers can purchase snacks and drinks, or pre-pay for fuel - if using cash. (There are largely reliable credit card readers at the fuel dispensers.) Sometimes, the lone, unisex restroom is unavailable due to use, cleaning, or malfunction. Both diesel fuel and gasoline are sold here.

The men's didn't have soap dispensers that worked, just the top off to dip hands into. The wife did say the women's bathroom had really good hand soap, which is a win. Leaving the bathrooms both of us felt felt that there was dirt, smell, or something when getting into the car. The ONLY reason not a 1 star is the workers.

BABY, it has earned a spot at the VERY TOP of my list of horrible experiences. And not in a good way! I don't think I'll EVER forget how filthy those bathrooms were. The stench alone was ATROCIOUS! I kid you not, I didn't even want to get too close to the urinal. That's how bad it was! The entire restroom was in desperate need of a DEEP cleaning, repairs, and honestly, a complete overhaul. We're talking urine buildup, stained urinals, soap dispensers missing their covers (and who knows if they even worked), and NO paper towels. Just NASTY! I couldn't believe a business would allow its facilities to get to that point. Now, I'll give credit where it's due. The convenience store had quite a few buy-two-and-save deals, which I appreciated. But even that couldn't redeem this experience. There were also several fast-food options connected to the travel center. However, after seeing the condition of those bathrooms, I completely lost my appetite. I have no idea whether the restaurants share the same facilities or how their kitchens are maintained, but I wasn't interested in finding out. I decided to keep my money and keep it moving! I'm generally pretty reasonable when it comes to reviewing businesses. I understand that travel centers get a tremendous amount of foot traffic, but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for restrooms to be in that condition. HORRIBLE experience! If you're traveling through the area and need a restroom break, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I certainly won't be returning!
