I went into get a few items I will never go back! I did self checkout the lady who was watching me work her job was rude! She was very nice to other races but to me she would not help me! Till she felt like it! She had to fix a item not ringing up! Then she had to take a tag off my product! She waited till she wanted to do it and was rude while doing so! Attention, Flint! Beware the onslaught of "Walmartians" when shopping at this store. I try to avoid this store if possible. It's dirty, populated by creepers in wife beaters (in general), with long lines that are seemingly endless and rude employees, etc. This store is a joke. They usually only have two lines open (out of I'm not even sure how many, but it's a heck of a lot more than two), plus an express line that is anything but "express." You will wait just as long in that line as any other one that is open. Oh, and the "Walmartians." Holy crap. They are a sight to be seen, walking around in their dirty pj's and ratty hair while shopping for toilet paper, milk and power bars. Who can't be bothered to put on clean clothes and brush their hair before venturing out into public? I'll tell you who- the Flint "Walmartians," that's who. Recently visited this Walmart looking for a specific item that was listed as "in stock" on the Walmart app for the Flint - Corunna Road location; Once getting inside, I couldn't find the item in the related area so I asked an employee, who could not help me because she was unable to determine what isle the item would be in. The employee I originally asked went ahead & asked another Walmart employee who looked in the same area I told her I had already searched through... then informing me she could no longer help locate the item due to not being able to find it in the two isles she looked down. I drove out of my way to this location for this specific item & unfortunately encountered two rude employees during my visit. 0/10 would recommend. read more

This review is just for the fishing/outdoor department. I visited this store today while in the area in order to look at their fishing merchandise. This Walmart location has a nice selection of fishing essentials. You can purchase everything here that you would need in order to go fishing for nearly any species of gamefish in Michigan. The Walmart prices are really good and will beat all of the major big box outdoors stores. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 star rating. Everything is picked over or they don't have what I am looking for at all. Customer service is non-existent. The place is always filthy. Workers throughout the store standing in groups shooting the poop not doing anything. Then the lines are a mile long because they only have 2 lanes open out of what, 30 or so. Then they treat everybody like a thief going out the door, they will run you down to look at your receipt, after you just spent 30-45 minutes in line at checkout for 1 item. This is the worst Walmart in Genesee County. Its always trashed.. I've had to step around and over items before. Went to look at furniture and there were items just strewn all over the couches. It is always very poorly stocked.. Nothing worse than going to a store for them not to have something you need. Which here is a 50/50 chance. And the employees really could care less about you. I've done business before but never EVER dealt with lazy employees who would rather sit in a chair, at a register, rather than to help a customer make a purchase. Recently, I went to this Walmart, had a shopping cart with food and clothing and proceeded down a near empty checkout lane. The cashier, whose fat a@@ was sitting in a chair at her register told me her lane was closed. No sooner than I jumped to the next lane when this lazy but good for nothing cashier rang up someone else who had just a few items to purchase. To make matters worse, I filed a complaint through their website regarding my experience. Never heard a response from Walmart except to fill out an online survey. ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS? Just an awful place. The employees don't care about anything, the lines are always way to long bc there's 30 check out lanes and maybe 2 or 3 open at once. The self checkout is an absolute disaster. There no room to move and there's constantly people with full carts. Instead of telling these people they can't come through there, they constantly have to come override the scanner. Management doesn't care about how terrible their employees are either and they are just as rude and nasty. You spend more time moving around employees having personal conversations with other employees or customers than you do shopping, since these conversations apparently need to take place right in everyone's way.
