They have items gathering dust- gee, wonder why? Clearance price items don't even bring up properly.. Bad selection, high prices, bad business motto, bad customer service- and they're closed in Sundays for 'religious reasons.' Gimme a break! Their business hours never suit the working consumer.. they close early, and don't open on Sunday.. They were $5 for 6 socks. I bought a pack of white and black socks. I used the self checkout which was fine for me. It was quick. I know most people hate this option but it doesn't bother me. I didn't interact with any of the employees. I would return.

Was very disappointed! This store used to be organized and had nice looking clean shelves. Walked…read morein yesterday...clothes all over the floor, merchandise from shelves, on floor and shelves not organized, items not in the correct area where they belong (store used to be so beautiful and organized). None of the areas looked maintained or cared for. I get it, your patrons are slobs and don't care if stuff falls etc, but that's why you have employees. I'm not sure if they are understaffed, but the manager who used to run it, made sure her store was kept organized and clean looking. Hopefully something will change, two stores already left out of that plaza, hoping you WONT be the next.

This location is small but is newly renovated and in a much better area - in the Oak Brook Square shopping center near TJ Maxx, Sally's, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, Buffalo Wild Wings, Plato's Closet and Five Below, etc. They have the same product line and as much variety as before, and terrific customer service, per usual- (actually, I think the service has slightly improved, so it's even better than ever). They had some great deals and sales for their grand opening. We picked up some Christmas gifts to put away for family and a few items for ourselves. Great location, product line, prices, and pretty great customer service.. definitely going to stop in again.. and again.. and again.

Pretty average Ross store- some nice housewares and perfume, but definitely could be improved…read more. it's new, but it's one of the smaller Ross stores I've seen and it carries very few clothing items, particularly better labels. They had only a couple of handbags last time I was there.. I can't say I was impressed with that.. a few 'designer' adjacent bags? Nope.. they were low end Michael Kors and something else unremarkable.. They really need more clothing and accessories.. as for service- there wasn't any.. and lines were long.. we left because the line was snaking around the store and we got tired of waiting- only one sales associate!! Nope!! I'd probably try them once more to see if the store is better....

Unfortunately, they have the worst service in the universe. It must be cosmic because no one working here has any idea what they're doing. The selection is obvious and the prices are average, but it seems most of the time that they don't want to wait on anyone. They know most of us know what we need, so I must assume this is the reason for their apathy. Beyond bad service most days, but they have what I need, so I shop here with some regularity, but if I didn't work in a field that requires scrubs and if I didn't like lying around the house in them on my days off, I wouldn't step foot in here.

While still a corporate bookstore, this B & N is friendly and has a nice, laid-back vibe. Great magazine selection, cute and spacious Starbucks cafe inside, free WiFi, a nice Nook station, decent customer service, a great children's section, and tons of comfy seating throughout the store to sit and read a book/magazine or study. This particular B & N has an impressive selection of coffee table books devoted to cooking and decorating, as well as a nice mystery section. One thing I've noticed lately is the growing selection of vinyl records and the ever-shrinking choice in CD's. I like that and hope to see even more vinyl make its way onto the sales floor over time. Now, they're displaying new release and remastered re-release vinyl records in both the front and the back of the store. Wow. Vinyl is definitely making a comeback. One caveat- there's been a dearth of assistance at the Nook station unless you go out of your way to request it. That's kind of a bummer. The sales staff is always pleasant and helpful once they are on the scene, but getting someone to show up is the tricky part.
