Tech comes in the morning, as scheduled, with the wrong part. So I wasted that morning waiting for him. Rescheduled for next day service. Receoved a text in the AM stating the rep would be at my home by 1:30 PM. At 1:45, I called Hart to find out wher the rep is. Had to give all my info, all of which they should have in front of them because I had an appt scheduled for that day. Finally was told that rep would be over between 2:30 & 5:30. I complained that I wasted an entire day waiting! Then I was told that "they tell people to plan on being home for the entire day & wait for service"! I WAS NEVER TOLD TO WAIT AN ENTIRE DAY FOR SERVICE. (Who would accept that?) And if that is really true, why does Hart send a text in the morning tell you what time to expect them? Expecially if the time could change due to customer needs. I shouldn't have had to call asking where the driver was today. Hart should have called me to tell me there has been a time delay on service for me. That would have been the courteous thing to do. Unfortunately, the office part of Hart doesn't know what the delivery part is up to on a particular day. Another BIG problem is their web site & ordering supplies. Specifically, cannulas and cords. Even though you've ordered from them previously, you cannot reorder on-line, even though there is a section for reordering supplies. THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR CUSTOMERS. Her attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Instead of calmly addressing any concern, she spoke over me, accused me of doing something illegal, and acted like she was itching to pick a fight. Let's be clear: this pharmacy had been filling my California provider's prescription without question. Denise decided that day to make a scene and block my access to a medication I rely on not based on any new policy, but seemingly to flex authority and humiliate a customer. She showed zero compassion, no willingness to listen, and treated me like a criminal for following the exact same process the pharmacy had accepted for months. Denise is not just rude she's a liability to this business. If this pharmacy values professionalism, they need to seriously reconsider her position.
