Starline started remodeling project in February. To be fair there were supply problems for supplies due to Covid. BUT... upon our return in May, this project was a disaster. Our house was a filthy mess from lack of partioning off kitchen area, which was a very easy process. Dry wall dust covered every inch of our house. Upon what was considered by the contractor as completion, we were told that someone from this company would be contacting us regarding issues and additional charges. In November, 6 months later we received final billing for this project. In the meantime, no one from Starline followed up with our issues. As of November 2021, made contact with management about final billing and issues. Talked to Project Manager who stated he would look into our issues. So far, two weeks and three unanswered phone calls with no return calls, we still have no resolutions.

Spent over $7000 to have granite installed in our kitchen, through ANA Granite, and after a miscut…read morehole for our cooktop, one of the overhangs cut too short, two pieces cut so out of square for our island that it would make you dizzy to look at, as well as every other section at least 1/2" out of square, and 3 cracks (that they generously "repaired" by gluing together) they decided to offer a whopping 5% discount to live with the issues because there was no more of the granite to correct the problems. No offer to redo it!?!! Find another place, there are plenty of kitchen and bath shops out there. DON'T CHOOSE THIS ONE Also noticed all the reviews here seem to be written by business partners and employees. Wish I would have checked them out first.

Work started weeks after initially planned and he immediately had reasons for no showing throughout the weeks and leaving early on the days he did come. As work progressed, he failed to meet deadlines and the work was subpar. After addressing some of our concerns about the work and his attendance he became unresponsive and eventually never returned to finish the work. The floor tile he did finish came up right away and the shower failed the leak test causing water to leak and sit in my bathroom floor. After it was clear Chad did not intend on finishing the work we asked for a refund of our deposit and his response was that we could take him to court if we wanted any money or communication from him. We have had to hire a new contractor and reorder all materials to completely demo and start fresh to ensure the bathroom is done correctly. This has been extremely stressful for my family and a huge waste of time and money at our expense for something that should have been a 2 week project, and months later we still have an unusable bathroom.
