If I didn't need it right away, I would have left it for anther day, but I had to have it and could not wait. The store was messy. The makeup aisles were messy, the cashier took a long time ringing up the people ahead of me, but she was very nice about it. It was late and she could have been crabby, but she was nice to me and I did get the ointment, even though they were closing when I finally got it. I did see a good sale on paper products, so I got some napkins and paper towel too. The store needs better organization. I noticed the manager, whoever they were, never came out to open another line even though they were really busy. I would think the manager would have been interested in helping out, but maybe they were busy doing other tasks. I was surprised they had good sales because I think Rite Aid is more expensive than other pharmacies.

When I picked it up the employee told me Good RX was only for people without insurance. I informed him that was incorrect. Since there were several people waiting I didn't want to go back and forth anymore with the employee and just paid the extra $20. While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. Because obviously I must've upset her because I placed another pack of gum on the counter when she had already rung up the other gum and totaled it. Very rude. What happened to customer service.

Walmart consistently delivered to wrong address even though I have provided detailed information. They still deliver to wrong address, And don't seem to know East or West building even though it's clearly marked on door sign? My neighbor's are constantly bringing me my packages from Walmart delivery service that leaves packages in front of the mailboxes on floor , expecting me to know. It is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area they know of. What impresses me the most is the level of counseling from the pharmacists. When we first picked it up, they gave us very good information about the medicine. A few days later, I received a phone call. It was a Walgreen's pharmacist checking in to see if I was experiencing any side effects of a new medication I had started a week prior. He warned me what side effects to look for and when to notify a doctor. I have never received such phenomenal care from a pharmacy. I wish it were closer to my home!

It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live.
