Terry likes to sit in his chair three feet from a customer at the self scan and stare at them while they scan over $131 of groceries. If there was another option to buy groceries that are not grossly overpriced in this podunk town, I would never shop at this Walmart again.

I called back several more times but by then I was so upset I decided to forget about going there. This is atrocious customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about the level of help I've received. Kaylee in Hardware has gone above and beyond, and Justin behind the service desk has been of great help. Most of the employees have been super helpful, whether I need to find something or get something loaded into my car. I also get my prescriptions from the Walmart Pharmacy. The people working behind that counter are knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant - always. I might not be able to find every item I need, but with COVID that's pretty much the way it is everywhere. Kudos to the Wapakoneta Walmart for doing what they can, and providing a safe environment in which to shop.
