Me and my son went there to get a few items and I had to go to the bathroom I sat on the toilet got back up something wet didn't see it until it was too late slipped and fell hurt my hand which a lady heard me fall she wanted God assistance.. they didn't care at all they didn't ask me if I needed anything they did fill out the information and right after I went to the hospital nothing was broken thank God but I did hurt my wrist and I hurt my finger got an attorney and this happened on New Year's Eve and my attorney sent them letters contacted them and still they're trying to act like nothing has ever happened they don't care about their customers they only care about the money that they make they just pretend that nothing happened even though I had a witness so now I have to go to civil court and still probably won't get nothing but we'll sell see if I were you don't go to Walmart go somewhere else don't waste your time I'm beginning to hate Walmart literally there is a crappy place to shop anyways everything is sky high and you really don't have a good selection anyway and everybody that works there sort of rude... Speaking on the pharmacy gals. And guy isse there once s month they are amazing they are patient don't get aggravated they get the SUIATION fixed weather it be adding a good extra discount card. Best pharmacy also the cashiers are ok they're fast most of them don't say a works to the customer during transaction but I guess they not all people people that work cause jobs .. read more

I frequent this location since it is closest to my house. The service is usually spot on, but there are times that the lines are long or there are out of stock items on the shelf. Sometimes I visit the Powdersville location since they seem to have a better selection of food. As for the service, the staff is pretty cool, I can't recall any bad customer service incidents. read more

I'm glad they have added the self check out lanes, this makes my life so much easier, and Walmart's too. I do not like to stand in line for long, I've been known to push my cart out if the way and leave Walmart! Now with the new self check lanes it's a much much faster process! Thanks Walmart Super Center in Easley for the new addition, I'm also loving the new in store pick up!! Made my rating go up a STAR!! I came in today to get more of the Brach's green Apple candy canes, they .50 a box and they're so good. Update. This is the worst Walmart for pick up-with long waits and tons of bad substitutions. My cucumber had a huge and obvious bite mark in it. In the same order there was also meat one day from expiration, damaged and dented packaging, etc. Of course now the app requires you to go into the store for any return. I ordered groceries for curbside pickup the day before my selected pickup time. I arrived when I was told my order was ready and waited for over an hour for my groceries to be brought out to my car. I was told that it was because they had triple the amount of orders as they should have in the time slot chosen. To say this was poorly planned on Walmart's part is an understatement. It is absolute shame to inconvenience a customer by making them wait for this amount of time for a reserved order. I have always hated Walmart and this experience is no exception. Very sad day. After two years of roughly daily shopping -- and spending a heft sum each visit -- I had such a bad customer service experience this evening that we'll not be returning. The female claiming to be the manager this evening (about 7:30ish pm) left us with a terrible experience. Too bad. We had, again, over the 2+ years good rapport with a few of the workers. I am not going to belabor the point: This used to be a good store. Presently, if you want bad customer service and attitude, the Easley Walmart is for you. I like this Walmart. It's a large store, but it's fairly easy to get around. The shelves are usually stocked with most everything I need. I thought shopping the Saturday before Christmas week would be a nightmare, but it ended up being no worse than usual. I like their wide selection of bakery items, and produce is usually fresh and plentiful. This is a relatively new store but for whatever reason doesn't have self checkouts. I know some older stores are currently being updated, so hopefully those improvements are coming to this store. This shopping center in Easley is convenient if you live downtown or in West Greenville, especially during high traffic times. read more

Now, this is a great big Walmart Supercenter compared to the other one across town I visited. That did seem to have a lot of outs though. Yes, they were out of the stuff that I needed. There is a Sams Club nearby and a lot of other stores too. In fact there's a Kohls close to it that I shopped at. Furthermore, I think you can get about whatever you want within 1 square mile of this Walmart. The service was average and even though they were out of several things I wanted, I did manage to find something close to what I needed. read more

I felt like I was dealing with test subject turtles with my experience here. I am having trouble getting something off the self right?!? WRONG. I Asked a worker to help me and they looked me in my soul and walked away and shrugged their shoulders. Me and my friend were like "how rude!" So basically we did a pick up order which we do all the time and they are always out of something supposedly. Last week they said Tylenol was out of stock smfh....yeah ok. So this week when they said something was out of stock and my wife went in before pick up and found it. So she talked with a manager and basically was told that if they dont want to look for an item they will mark it out of stock. So what I got out of it is we are lazy and dont want to do our job. Yesterday after lunch I went to this store I stopped at the Deli and was ignored for 5. Minutes . There was only 1 Black lady working after telling her what I wanted and she said shop and she would get it for me. After 25 minutes she had still not finished when I did get it the cornbeef was not sliced but shaved bad. Then She gave me half of what I wanted of the Honey Turkey . Then she wanted to know if I wanted her to cut the rest of the Turkey she got wrong. I said no I was hooked to a Oxygen Tank because of a Heart Attack and I am 73 had already waited on her for over a hour and she had 4 customers already mad from waiting. You need to hire someone in the Deli who cares about the customers. There use to be a young man that was always fast and accurate. Guess I will have to go back to inglesto shop. read more

I'm in Easley for work and have been shopping here as it is close by. The few times I have gone you see a few friendly faces, however they always seem to be understaffed. Often produce and other items are minimally stocked. This most recent trip only self checkout was open and there were several of us with carts full of groceries with no one to check us out because of the staffing issue. On top of that, all the shopping carts were in the parking lot and none in the store... I'm assuming due to lack of staff. I think the location and the store overall has great potential and there are friendly people working but they definitely need more support. read more

This *used* to be the best Walmart in the metro Greenville area, but in the past year it has slipped. Shelves are often sparsely and incorrectly stocked, especially in the baking, snacks, candy and energy drink sections. Check-out is a total disaster between about 8pm-10pm - it must be shift change, or there must be lack of supervision during that time. I'd suggest shopping at the smaller Walmart store in Powdersville, a few miles up Hwy 153; it is newer and better managed. read more

This store has really improved with there check out situation with the self check out lane. They seem to keep stuff in stock better then the Pickens Walmart the at&t people in the electronic department still get on my nerves. Always had a clean bathroom when here thank god. The employees are incredibly rude and not helpful what so ever. We called to simply speak with a manager and were put on hold 3 times before we were able to speak to one and then put on hold again to speak to another manager. They also hung up on us when we were trying to reach the manager. read more

You can see all manner of mutant easley, McDonald's diet, cave dwelling, knuckle dragging, window licking, mouth breathers in here. This location is truly special. Whenever I want to see a good horror film in 3d I just stop by the old easley super walmart. I recommend you wear a good heavy set of disposable gloves and eye protection before walking through the vestibule. You can tell the folks in here don't wash up after a good BM. I have never seen so many neck beards in my life! The parking lot is usually about 75% confederate flags and super duty diesel trucks blaring a strange mix of pop country and hip hop. After the patrons park their super deluxe quad cab turbo charged gas hogs they fall out of their vehicles into electric shopping scooters to burn as few calories as possible while rummaging through the Betty crocker and soda aisles. The twinky sales here must be legendary. Anyway, if you need a case of bud light at 2am because you are done beating your cousin wife or a simple reminder of what American consumerism looks like then look no further. #merica read more

Don't buy a car battery from Walmart in Central!!! I purchased a new battery from Walmart less than a year ago; it came with a three year warranty. I started having problems with the car not starting several weeks ago. We took it in to Walmart to be checked. According to them the battery tested good, but low in charge. Had to wait another hour + for them to charge the battery on their machine. The car failed to start a second time. I went through the same two hour routine at Walmart in Central. The Walmart technicians even checked our alternator and said it was good. Next, we took the car to our regular mechanic for the alternator to be checked. Alternator and other car systems checked out fine. He said the battery was weak, likely a dead cell. My car failed to start again, this time 2 hours away in Columbia. Went through the same song and dance routine yet a third time at Walmart in Central. Bottom line, they refused to pro-rate and replace the battery. I gave up and went to Advance Auto Parts where they stand behind their products and don't stall, waste your time and try to wear you out to avoid making good on a bad battery! read more
