I know I can come to this store and find what I need. For some reason this store is always stocked. Long lines, yes,,, but all the employees seem to be very happy to be working at this location. Also, I can find a lot of my organic butter, bread and bagels here. They have a lot from their older store they bought out of Wild Oats. Loved that store. I'm very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) at this Walmart mechanic shop. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:45 AM. Despite there being no visible work being done on any cars, the staff just walked around aimlessly and didn't start working on my car until 1:06 PM--over an hour past my appointment time. I tried speaking to the staff to get an estimate on when they'd start, but I couldn't get a clear answer from anyone. If you're going to offer appointments, cars should be taken in within 10-20 minutes of the scheduled time, not over an hour later. I eventually had to leave without receiving any service at all. This is unacceptable, and I urge the store manager to review the cameras and address these inefficiencies. I do not recommend this Walmart for car service--it's a waste of time. read more

This is in regards to the pharmacy. We ended up here in a pinch, chasing down items that are currently on a shortage. After trying multiple other stores and finding ourselves unsuccessful, we started calling around. The pharmacy staff was friendly and checked and confirmed they had it in stock, and that they'd be able to fill it if we could get there at least 20 minutes before closing. When we made it there in time, they were able to get us all set as stated on the phone. They were courteous and helpful, and it was much appreciated. read more

I've been going here for 19 years because I'm a mile away. This place is the worst, particularly the rude employees at the service desk. They will close the service desk way early because "they are short staffed." It's been the same excuse for a decade. I've sent complaints to corporate but have never received so much as a reply email. This store sucks. Go to the one on Bethel rd. I've never had a problem there. read more

It's Walmart. They can never get above one star because the entire business is nothing but chaos, empty shelves, no shopping carts, and no help for those who need it. I spent about 20 minutes today trying to help several senior citizens because there were no employees available to help them. The other thing of note is that their stock is regularly mishandled. When you open your package at home, the contents are often smashed and useless. When I Weirton to return two smashed items, I gave up after waiting 48 minutes for the employees to resolve their internal fighting. It was ugly. read more

This is one of the better Walmarts I've been to, and that's not saying much. The lot and store were less crazy than others. I don't mean busy- they're always busy- I mean crazy. Odd behavior, mostly by customers but sometimes by employees. Anyway. I stopped by this one since it was handy, and we needed a couple of things that we couldn't find elsewhere. That's really my only reason for ever going to Walmart. I avoid it when possible. They were out of the things we needed, and the shelves were very disorganized. Items in the wrong place, trash cans but no corresponding lids for them, etc. Prices aren't better overall than Meijer, in my experience. I was not impressed. I walked out empty handed. I've done that before at Walmart. I didn't enjoy the experience, and I will continue to avoid it when possible. read more

This has been claimed to be recently remodeled... it looks the same as always. I am quite the fan of this particular WalMart... it close to my work, helps to stay out of morning traffic, and is very clean! They have a fairly good selection of frozen vegetarian options. read more

I'm so disappointed with this location. My wife and I had to get a new tire for our car and were recommended to Walmart. We begrudgingly went and ended up having a pleasant experience with their mechanics. The clerk was nice and polite. The mechanic was prompt and friendly. The best part? We only waited for about 20 minutes! No negatives about their auto shop! As we were waiting, we bought a few groceries. The store was clean, smelled good (which, in my experience, isn't usually the case), and we found everything we needed; except anyone who worked there, to be truthful, but since we didn't need help, that's not pertinent to the review. Why the one star, you ask? As we were checking out with our groceries, there was an Indian woman with her two small children. She wasn't getting much; just a few small items. Her little boy was around 2 and was acting that way. She gave him a fidget spinner to play with as she was waiting to be checked out. The cashier was an older white woman. When the Indian woman was paying, the cashier accused her of not paying for a bag of partially eaten cookies in her cart. The woman calmly told her she brought these in with her. The cashier, in a very condescending tone, said, "Oh, did you?" and proceeded to ask her, "Are you going to pay for what the kid has in his hand?" The woman told her she put it back, which she did because we saw her do it! The cashier, again, made another condescending remark that included an eye roll. My wife and I were listening closely because if it went any further we would have said something. Blatant racism is never okay. That employee treated my wife and I completely different! She was happy, friendly, and didn't question anything we did. She should be fired. It was obvious the Indian woman knew what was going on. It was a truly horrible experience. Pardon my elaborate explanation, but it needs noted. Being in Dublin, I expected higher standards. I guess Walmart holds its stereotype in any town. Such a shame. Look, like every other Yelper, I understand that reviews of box stores and chains are basically garbage and unread reviews, but I have to share my bizarre experience here, because it made me feel like crap after already feeling kinda crappy. I hate Walmart the same as every other schmuck.. in fact, I only shop at these stores maybe a handful of times a year, and it's most of the time not willingly. I stopped in here to use their Instant photo machines to print some family photos out I had on disc from my wedding. My Grandmother had passed away, so I wanted to snag some memories, and finally print out my damn wedding photos--It only took me oh..... 8 years. So I stop in, I know where I'm going, and I walked back to the photo center with my husband. I look at all four photo center machines, and they all either have error messages on the screens, or need rebooted. We got one machine to eventually work, but before I could even start, an older lady stops over, and starts telling me that I can only print certain sizes, because she apparently mistook me for every other Walmart moron who can't read sticky notes they posted all over the machine letting me know this already. I'm going through selecting photos, all the while I get this horrible feeling like we're being watched... like we're going to start stealing photos, or something! The same old lady is meticulously putting up camera accessories next to us at a snail pace. It gets even weirder!!! I'm printing my photos and sifting through them, and that lady is standing behind me staring at and looking at my photos and commenting on some of them, like I'm part of her family, or something. Some privacy, please?? I wish I had snapped a picture of a hairy butt somewhere in between there to throw her off. I just couldn't believe how rude it was! The only highlight was the fact she charged me .19 cents instead of .21, but holy cow! Are associates who work at Walmart raised with goats?? I got my photos, bought a cheap photo album and promptly left. If I were not on such a time crunch, I would have probably called out the associate and just left and printed elsewhere, but I guess sacrifices for First World Problems, right?? read more

I had a very unique experience last week and I feel forced to share my feedback for the improvement of your leadership. I purchased an Omni Travel System on October 25th, 2015 while anticipating my bundle of joy, mid-November. Order number #590165693381428 was delivered on Tuesday November 3rd. After delivery, I immediately began using the carrier...but due to the age of my child, I didn't have a need to use the stroller until she was approximately 8 or 9 weeks old. I noticed the wheel was wobbly and I often had to force the stroller into a certain direction. And with using the carrier, the seat would get stuck in the base quite often. On 2 occasions, I had to remove my baby from the carrier and come back to un-jam it later. After speaking with another first time mom, I learned this was abnormal and I immediately wanted an exchange. I called Walmart Customer Service on January 28th and spoke with a representative that indicated I was just outside of my return time-frame, but he would accept it back. He mentioned that I needed to have it outside and it would be picked up and a new one would arrive in 2-3 days. I informed the representative that I couldn't possibly wait 2-3 days as I didn't have any other way to transport my child. He stated he could charge me for a 2nd one while I wait for the new one to arrive. While this was the better option, I let him know I didn't want to continue with a defective item OR repurchase the item. He stated the store was my only option. I went to the website to see if the local store had this stroller set and called customer service to confirm. The representative that answered stated they did not have any in stock. I drove up to the store to check for myself and there was quantity 1, as the website stated. I returned to my SUV to bring the box and all of its components into Walmart. As I approached customer service, I handed the representative my order confirmation and she swung the monitor around to show me my return period expired. I informed her I had just had a conversation with a representative who encouraged me to bring this into the store for an exchange due to the urgency of my situation. The representative apologized and said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager. The assistant manager stated there was nothing she could do, and the representative via the phone should have changed the dates in the system to allow for the return. She gave me a telephone number to call and I did, right off to the side. I called 1.855.315.2743 and spoke with a representative that was very nice and offered to send the travel system free of charge and for me to call back for them to pick it up the defective one. While that was enticing, I advised her I was already at the store and didn't want to leave and put my newborn in jeopardy with a travel system that wasn't working properly. I asked for the customer service manager and she advised me that it was up to the actual store manager. I asked the original manager who said there was nothing that could be done, to summon the store manager and she said they were at lunch. I asked the customer service manager on the phone to wait with me. About 20 minutes later, the assistant manager approached a woman (I am assuming store manager) who said there was nothing she could so because it was over $200. The assistant manager returned to me and gave me the news, but I asked for another manager. She said they were in a meeting? The customer service manager on the phone was surprised at my experience and offered me 20% during the call. I didn't even want it, I just wanted an exchange. The call lasted 45 minutes, with 15-20 more minutes of discussions and waiting on permissions and lunches to end. I am taking the time to write about this experience because I can't believe this is the level of service I received. I work in customer service and recognize that this was below very poor service. read more

If I can give negative score, I would! Back to mid of Feb, 2018, I got a flat tire for my passenger front tire. I placed an order on Walmart.com, and have it replaced at the end of Feb. At the time, I purchased the tire warranty, just in case of if I got flat tire again. On Apr 1, 2018, I got the flat tire due to bad road condition on exact same tire again. I came in to the store and have them reorder the tire for me. On Apr 3, 2018, they called me said tire has arrived. I came in to store on Apr 4, 2018, they have the tire changed. My wife drove the car on Apr 5, 2018 for commute between home and work. And the car got serious issue: 1. Book Maintenance Service light is on (we just did maintenance in Dec, 2017); 2. City Safety Service light is on; 3. Lost speed and car stop all of sudden when make turns; 4. During driving car is shaking all time; 5. Speed pointer would drop to "0" on instrumental panel. At very beginning, we thought it's because of the road condition caused the damage to the car, so we book the inspection on 04/09/2018 with the dealership. For safety concern, we didn't drive the car since then. Yesterday, 04/07/2018, when I walked my dog back, I realized the car is uneven on the ground---Passenger side is higher than driver side. At first I thought there's another flat tire at driver side, but after I checked, I found they replaced the WRONG SIZE TIRE. The correct size should be 245/40 and they replaced with 245/50. I called in to tire center right away and a guy asked me, "how come you don't know it's a wrong tire?" I drove another car to the store, demanded to speak to store manager and tire center manager. I have been told by this, "there's no store manager. We only have customer service manager." It's found really hard to believe since my wife and I both worked for retail business before. Finally, an assistant manager, Ali, came to the tire center. After I explained everything, he gave me two options. 1. I changed the spare tire on, and drive the car back to tire center, and have them to do inspection, and if there's any damage to the car, they will file claim to Walmart Insurance something, and then they will have nothing to do with that. 2. I bring the car to dealer, do the full inspection, if the inspection report said the car is damaged because of the wrong size tire, then I will bring the report back and they will file the claim. I basically just asked him two questions. 1. How long does it take for the claim process. 2. Let's say I change the spare tire on and drive it back to tire center or to dealer, who will be responsible if there's more damage to the car or even worse, if some accident happened? For first question, he said he doesn't know. For second question, he said it won't happened. I asked him (and the other staff at tire center said there will be no damage to the car or no potential safety issue), are they specialized in mechanical repairs? Or just based on their "experiences" there will be no potential damage or safety issue? They didn't answer. They just don't care. Walmart used to be a great company, but now it's basically just a cancer stage V patient live on life support system. No company would survive if they don't value their customers. I already called in twice to Walmart customer relationships. Both ladies are helpful. But there's nothing they can do since it's out of their authorization. They said there will be a store manager follow up with this issue but I haven't heard anything back yet. I was going to change the spare tire on and drive to dealer tomorrow morning. However, since it's the wrong size tire, I think they just used the machine to screw in the bolts very hard probably caused shape change of the bolts so I cannot get the bolts out. Unable to change the tire. Don't know how to get the car to dealer tomorrow. Probably need to call a towing service which high possibility that Walmart will not pay for it. If you value your car, your safety, your money, don't go to Walmart ever again. read more

The customer service desk was exceptionally helpful! They directed me to a nearby Walmart that had the product I was looking for and they even kept my fussy one and a half old child entertained with stickers and conversation while they looked up the information. It took a while for assistance in the toy department, although once we were helped, everything from that point on exceeded my expectations. read more

This store has the THE WORST tire place around! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I go in for new tires and come out with a wrecked transmission. The mechanic decided to take my car for a "race" after having put new tires on it, does a neutral drop, and there goes my transmission. I now am without a car and fighting Wal-Mart to get restitution. The bad part is that I was standing there watching as it all happened!! I am extremely upset and disgusted by the rejection of service at the auto center in Walmart, Dublin, OH. My tire went flat and I had emergency roadside assistance meet me to place a donut on my vehicle. I then went to Walmart as Walmart was the only auto servicing center open at this time today to purchase a new tire. The auto center advised me that they will not sell me a tire and put it on my vehicle as my vehicle is 4WD. They stated that if I wanted them to change the 1 tire that I needed replaced that I would have to purchase 4 new tires so that they could all be changed out at once. I have my 3 year old daughter in the car and they refused to sell me a tire and remove the donut from my car so that I could drive home safely with a new tire. I cannot believe that Walmart thinks it is safer for someone to drive with a donut on their car as opposed to putting the appropriate tire on a vehicle. Buy 4 new tires or risk your safety in transit and who cares if you have a child in the car- the messaging Walmart is sending. Horrible and you should be ashamed of yourselves!! read more

Checked online to see if Walmart had a certain Style of television stand in stock. It said they did online and that it was available for pickup today. When I go in there to pick it up it's not there. Ask a customer service associate to help find it they had no clue what they were doing they called the assistant manager we waited 10 minutes for the assistant manager. So we track down. the same employee and she said the assistant manager doesn't have time for you right now while offering no help or answers. So after saying that was unacceptable she went up to customer service and came back with the assistant manager. The assistant manager, who was wearing no name tag or credentials identifying her as one said that it was in a truck that she stated arrived at 7:16 was in the process of being unloaded it was past 9:30 at this point. That was basically all she could offer us. When asked how The website is saying it's available for pickup today when it clearly is not. She merely apologized and said she could hold it for us. The reason I drove up there was because it said it was available today. She made no effort to go and look for it other than apologizing which is not good enough when I drove up there to get it because the website said it was there in stock ready for pickup today. You lose again Walmart your customer service continues to be lacklustre at best and your employees do as little as possible to help in any situation I will never shop at Walmart again and will suggest the same to everyone else I know. I would suggest anyone else that had had poor customer service to do the same. The assistant manager made no effort to help locate the item or ask the stockers where it might be. I'm writing this review in regards from my first and last time ever going to this location. I went there to purchase two simple movies. Mockingjay Part 2 ( as a gift) and the series collection of the hunger games series for myself. When I went to the electronics section to pick these up, I looked at the prices and noticed that the series collection was marked under $34 I go to self checkout, ring up my items and it comes up as $44 which I didn't say anything of it because I'm not a complainer. So for me to go to the lengths to write this tells you something. I was having trouble ringing up the other dvd so the lady working the self checkouts pulled me over to her cash register to cash me out. ( this is where it gets interesting) to grab my attention, she snaps her fingers at me like I'm some dog, telling me to come forward. Even tho I'm cussing her out in my head, I gracefully move to her cash register. She rings up my two items and tells me the total, I go To pay, but first tell her I wanted to use one of my credit cards for $35 and the rest on my other card. I swiped 3 times with each time it saying it failed ( when i know that card has exactly $35 on it because since I'm a server my 4.05 an hour goes on that card and I put all my tips in my bank card hence why I was using two cards) she told me because of it not working to use the atm to take out money. I told her I refuse to because I do not want to be charged the $3 fee to just use the darn thing. Also, I wanted to use all $35 to my Advantage before charging my other card. She kept insisting. As if she wanted me to use it to make her job easier. Talk about LAZY! She called over her manager to help. He asked how much was the series collection and I told him exactly what I saw earlier which was $34. He took out this devise and it rang up $44 so he checked for me and saw as well that someone put the price tag in the wrong place. So he gave me the $10 off which was nice. But when it came to cashing out, he took my first $35 payment in three increments which was aggravating. But still got the payment done so I can finally leave the hell whole. I will say I will no longer return to this location. Besides only time I go to any Walmart is when target is closed... So I guess I'll only be doing day shopping from now on. What a disappointment. So I just returned to this location (which I should've stuck to what I said before to never return but it's super convenient because it's right by my work) I had another bad experience!!!! I was wanting to get a pair of headphones because my other ones broke... They had them locked up so I grabbed a representative in the front of the store. She called overhead for someone to help. I waited a while and NO ONE came by. Shit loads of employees walked by and only one acknowledged me. And the one that did just kept on walking. Terrible. read more

If I could apply no star I would! I purchased and paid for a movie online. I received an email August 24 my order was in and ready for pickup. I had until August 31 to pick up the order. On August 25 I received an email thanking me for picking up my order. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up and didn't have anyone pick up for me. I called Walmart.com customer service who advised I need to call the store pickup department. The rep I received was not helpful and advised the order had been picked up and that they ask for id at pickup. Funny...I didn't pick it! I asked to speak with a Manager. I spoke with Irene who advised the same thing. She then said she would ask security to run the camera and get back with me. Another day later and nothing. I called my credit card company and disputed the order. Worse store every...give merchansdise away without regard. The phones ring unanswered and if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer they put you on hold for over 30 min. No more Britton Parkway Walmart for me....thanks but no thanks! read more

I much prefer this Walmart to any other I've visited. Most of the associates are friendly and willing to help if I need it. I've never had an issue with any of their products or their staff. They are usually well-stocked and have even checked back for me if they aren't. Their bakery items are well made and fresh. read more
