    On hold this long only to get hung up on again

    I just called the auto care center 12 times on the 12th time they instantly put me on hold without saying a word to me. Then i got picked up in the clothing department for some reason that lady didnt listen to me at all and just hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous such a waste of my time im reminded everytime why I dont like walmart.

    Moldy Mac and cheese!!!

    Moldy food..again! Just bought this today, and it had two mold spots..yuck! We had to bring it back for a refund,but what if my child cooked it (it's microwavable) and didn't see the mold?

    My scanned items were not appearing in the customers assigned monitor... managed expected me to poke around and look at her register

To be rude, snarky and disgusting in the morning because you all failed to order the correct quantity and follow up on any additional quantities that were needing to be ordered is not the fault of the patient. Your job is to order the drugs as needed Ensure that you have enough to fill your orders and update the system so that way your patient can receive them. That is not what is happening that is not acceptable. No one should have to wait 2+ weeks to receive medication. If there was an issue with the manufacturers distribution, some form of communication should've been relate to the patient or you all should've been working with. Your local network of stores to obtain the additional quantities needed to fill these orders. Especially for a restrictive drug. To be so disregarding of the patient's need for their medication and the length of time waiting for medication is just disgusting. If Sophia cannot provide the level of service that is expected from a Walgreens associate then maybe she should not be one.

My wife chose this drugstore as our primary pharmacy, mainly because it's convenient for us on Lily Cache in Bolingbrook (as a bonus, there's a Buona Beef directly across Weber Rd, so I usually dip in for a sandwich after picking up her prescription). I'd estimate one of us stops here every 3 weeks, so we're fairly frequent flyers. We recently encountered an issue where they processed my wife's prescription incorrectly. Instead of giving her 90 pills for 30 days (@3/day), they gave her 30 pills total believing it to be 1/day. I have to think there are instructions clearly printed on the label--because y'know, MEDICINE--so someone working here wasn't paying attention. After bouncing back and forth with phonecalls, one woman eventually apologized for the oversight of a coworker and vowed to fix it, which they did. Over the last few months my wife's made some friends over in pharmacy pickup, and they've been kind to her and helpful for the most part (excluding the one lady who bungled the 'scrip). I, on the other hand, am given a chilly reception any time I walk in. The associates at checkout barely engage in eye contact or return pleasant small talk, hardly ever doling out a 'thanks' or 'have a nice day'. On the last trip, the guy bagged my snacks and rang me up without saying a word. I might as well be a leper. * TL;DR * Pickup ya meds, grab a snack, and bounce. There's not much else here worth lingering for. It's a shame this Walgreens doesn't have a liquor aisle (wah wah), since a wall fridge with cold beer would've definitely bumped them up a star, at least. The customer service has been generally poor across 5-10 visits; messing up an important prescription for medication seals their lamentable fate.

I was waiting at that target for quite a while, realizing everybody was leaving before me, and after finally calling that target and finding out that my order was actually placed at the Willowbrook location. I started driving to Willowbrook as I got closer to Willowbrook. I went ahead in the app and said that I was still coming, and when I did that I noticed after they had canceled my order I asked somebody who was outside giving an order to a customer about it. They said that the manager canceled it I was told to go inside to have that order processed mind you I did a curbside pick up for a reason. It's Sunday. Today's the day that I was just lounging in my house doing laundry had no intention to be out in public was not definitely presentable. Kinda look just like a bum today so I go inside. I talk to the first person who tells me that it would take two hours to process the order because I'm explaining to her that I don't have any of my debit cards. I just changed my bank account on Saturday so my Apple Pay is not working properly yet Being that I have no cards. I told her if I could please place the order on the app again because my target card is attached to my app. She keeps telling me it's gonna take two hours although the item is in her hand in a bag I've worked retail before as a courtesy. I feel that they should've went ahead and processed the order for me I then asked for the manager who canceled the order. She comes out with a very arrogant look on her face, seemingly looking like she's talking down to me as there's a crowd of people who probably feel more superior to me just because of how I look compared to everybody around me I'm Hispanic in a community of mostly Caucasian people at a target. It's the year 2025. Let's be real here if I was Caucasian Lexi, this team leader or whoever she is would've put this order through. I kept going back-and-forth with her about how it was unfair that she canceled my order. I told her if I could please place this order again I'm already here. I told her where I just came from. I told her the whole situation I told her if she could please look in the system to see if she has many orders that are that are placed that need to be picked up if I could just place the order I will stick around if it takes a half hour which is what it took from the time that I placed that order to the time that I got the email that it was ready for pick up. It did not take two hours. She looked in the system and told me there's not that many orders. It should take up to two hours again, not trying to be sympathetic or do me any kind of courtesy because she was the one that canceled the order on me. I know she could tell by my face and my voice that I wanted to cry I suffer from anxiety, depression I felt so bad about how she treated me That I'm not gonna just let this go. I am going to make sure to file a complaint against her I've been trying to call the store so I can get a store manager's name and nobody is answering my call. I received notification of my order being ready at 1:49 PM. I checked in at about 152 while waiting there realizing that mistakenly I was at the wrong place. I started heading over to the right location and by 2:23 PM. She canceled my order on me When I had already notated in the app that I was still coming in between that time.

Now you can see they are clearly cutting costs with lack of staff members to ensure a quality shopping experience. Actually, I won't be back to purchase low cost leisure wear anytime in the near future.

    Rather convenient nearby grocer. Nothing special though. Prices usually better than Jewel (same…read moredistance for me), but I do hate when they make you buy multiple of something to get a decent price. Jewel way worse on that though too (or to download their app). Normally, I'd give 3 stars, but I'm currently avoiding due to the fact they sold me moldy buns (Dave's). I bought them on November 10th, but the expiration date was 10/31 (which I didn't look at until after I noticed the green bread I was holding and almost bit into). 6 month ban for that. Sickening. Oh, and one more thing, not even any surprise, or even an apology, when I returned them. Just business as usual.

Of the two Meijer stores in Bolingbrook, this is the eastern location near I-355 & Boughton Rd. It's off of Janes Ave in the same general vicinity as IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Discount Tire. The store is laid out in a mirror image of the one I'm used to, so it took me a while to find what I needed. A 12pk of Half Acre Daisy Cutter was marked down to $18 (normally $25) and a 4pk of Stella Artois tallboys was $7, also a very good deal. I only bought booze on this trip, so I can't comment on the quality or availability of produce. The shopping floor seemed clean and well-organized. I made use of the US Bank ATM inside and couldn't help but notice it was much smaller than the behemoth at the Meijer on Weber Rd, AKA Bolingbrook West. I stood there slightly hunched over, punching in my PIN on a keypad that seemed tiny by comparison. Were Derek Zoolander present, he would've said "what is this, a cash machine for ants??" During self-checkout, the guy who came over to scan my ID for the beer waved his badge and was greeted with the classic 21st century nuisance--dude's password had expired! He politely retreated to his master terminal, coming back several minutes later to finish ringing me up. A minor inconvenience, plus I got a decent chuckle out of it. Glad I'm not the only one that happens to. * TL;DR * It's not the one I usually hit up, but Bolingbrook's other Meijer is A-OK. The store was tidy and I found what I needed. Self-checkout took longer than I would've liked, though not a huge issue. I don't imagine I'll come here much in the future as the one on Weber is merely a stone's throw from my house. This strikes me as a decent Meijer servicing the people of eastern Bolingbrook, Woodridge, and Darien.
