Aldi is the shiiiit. This location is particularly beautiful after the remodeling that has been done inside. It's come a long way! Everyone at this location is amazing, kind, and the store is well taken care of. My fave part? Cheap, delicious produce. Their produce section has improved greatly from when I used to shop there (at a different Aldi) in college. It's no longer the fruits and veggies that are just about to go bad. Stuff you get there now lasts just as long as what you get at a regular grocery store and is just as yummy. You can get gluten free foods, foods with low or no preservatives/added ingredients, delicious cheeses, and juices without added sugars. And cans of black beans for 59 CENTS. Like, honestly don't know why anyone gets their staples anywhere else. Aldi Tips: Bring your own bags, they don't have any free bags. You are at the mercy of the store for any extra boxes to carry things out to your car with. Bring a quarter for the cart! Just left this location -arrived there at 9am when it first opened so the store was empty. I left my freezer bag, which contained my items, down against the freezer, so that I could open the freezer door to put more items in it. As I walked along the freezer looking at the items, the store manager, with a very negative tone and demeaning attitude told me that my bag was a tripping hazard and that if I couldn't carry the bag with me that I shouldn't purchase so much! What!! I guess that doesn't say much for Aldi's customer service! My bag was definitely not a tripping hazard, the store was empty and was not in the middle of the aisle. Instead, this manager could have politely asked me to move it; instead she scolded me and it was amazing that she would tell me not to purchase so much if I couldn't carry it! It is obvious that she does not like her job if she presents herself in such a negative light. I hope corporate reads this review and speaks to this manager! read more

Since the management change at this location; this store has really gone down hill. The new manager is not focused on customer satisfaction. EVERY TIME I visit this store, they have a line that goes from the entrance all the way back to the 3/4 of the back. Inventory is always lacking. Such a disappointment to see the service and products decrease so quickly. They need to bring on a proactive management approach to rectify performance. read more

As far as having items on hand, this year - 2023 - and especially in the last three months, your distribution of regular stock of items on shelves has collapsed. For almost two months, the yogurt shelves were entirely empty, and English muffins were AWOL, along with whole grain white bread. Today, the former variety of the Hispanic items is missing. No taco seasoning; no salsa. From one visit to the next, shoppers can't depend on finding ordinary pantry staples. For weeks, you could sing that old classic, "Yes, we have no bananas." They have completely overhauled the look of this facility. I added a couple of new photos to show the changes. The new facility will rival any high end grocery store, albeit brand names and "too many" choices, but the visual difference is AMAZING. Now, to see if they can keep the store looking this immaculate. We noticed a couple of price increases, but not horrible, especially for an overhaul to this magnitude. Price increases where my biggest fear! I shop at Aldi for the savings, not the "look" but now it appears I can have both. Woo Hoo! The new layout allows for more isles and they have added extensive "household" and "seasonal" areas. Bonus! When we were there, I saw two new cashiers. I am hoping my beloved "long timer" did not get lost in the "up grades". She was more of a weekday/night person. Time will tell. Of the 3 Aldi's near my home, this one has always been a favorite. When they closed for the renovation I feared I would lose my beloved discounts. Not true. This is still my favorite store and now with more products and a prettier packaging. Sweet! read more

This is our family's go to place for groceries. It is the best deal on so many products. The layout of the store is perfect and you get to get all the products in just a short walking distance. I go here for eggs meat fruits vegetables and so many other items. They have the best deals on water toilet paper and blueberries. The shopping cart requires a $.25 deposit but you get it back when you return. Parking is never an issue at this location and there's always room for cars. read more

I have been shopping at Aldi for years, and if you know what you are doing, like so many of the reviewers point out, it's a great place to save a boat load of money. I was over in this area instead of the Aldi I usually shop at in Westmont. it was horrible! The cashier, an older lady was yucking it up with the lady in front of me in line, which is fine, but when the transaction was complete they continued to talk for almost a whole minute! I only had 2 items to purchase, and a long line was forming behind me. She indicated to the other people in line that another register will be opening. Great, now how about ringing up my items so I can get out of here? No so fast Bucky!!!! Someone went to the wrong register and started unloading on the belt. She saw their error, and got up and helped them move all their items to the correct register. HELLO??? As she was walking back another lady pulled here cart into the wrong line, so she grabbed their cart and pushed it into the correct line. IS ANYONE HOME? I have two things and want to get out of here! Finally she came back, rang up my 2 items, put them in the cart, WHY? then pushed the cart out of the way so she could get to the next person. I did not have a cart, if she would have given me 3 seconds, I could have picked up my items and walked out, but apparently NOW she is in a hurry, and can't wait 3 seconds for me to stuff my change in my pocket and pick up 2 items. It truly amazes me how absolutely clueless some people are. read more

This review goes for all aldi's. I've found them all to be the same but amazing. They offer so much of the same types of food, for less than major chains. Their quality has greatly improved over the years. You can take care of majority of the shopping list here. Recently they are getting more specialty items which have all been fantastic- especially the cheeses. I love all their landshut wines too- a steal at 4.99! I do love Aldi, just not this one. This Aldi is okay. It's convenient if you have to go to Walmart or Home Depot, but it's not the best in the area. If' you're only looking to go to Aldi I would avoid this one. The parking lot is always insane, and store is usually very crowded because of it's locations. read more

We have become loyal shoppers at Aldi because we love their prices, their Organic and gluten free selections. This weekend we went to your remodeled store and WOW!!! The improvements and larger selections are great but that wasn't what truly impressed us; what impressed us was the way that we were treated!! Things have been moved around of course so we were having a little trouble finding what we were looking for. Jamie helped us find the items that we were looking for and was so polite and courteous to us it really made shopping a pleasure . We have always felt good about shopping at Aldi but knowing that they employ people like Jamie that are so helpful and kind, he stopped everything he was doing to show us where items and then move to what could've been a very frustrating experience turned out to be a really great one because of him. I like Aldi, certainly not for everything but it is a functional, cheaper, little grocery store. This one by my parents has always been much, much busier and seems cleaner- if that's possible?? The women in there always seem very nice and willing to help. This is a cheaper grocery so you will not find great fresh items and the frozen stuff I do not go there. But the fake Red Bull is a fraction the cost and a must on my shopping list! Once you've been here and know how this store works you'll get the hang of it. Bring your own reusable bags or they charge you for them. Bring your quarter for your cart this is their way of not supplying cart boys (and cutting their costs) You simply feed your quarter into the cart and return back and get your quarter back. Who is ever going to leave their cart and not bring it back!? read more

I find this ALDI very disorganized compared to the other ALDIs I have frequented. For example you can find chips in 3 different places rather than all in one aisle...prepackaged baked snacks in 3 different aisles...fresh veggies in 3 different places and not necessarily grouped with veggies but sometimes fruit...bottled/canned beverages in several different aisles...it makes knocking out your shopping list take much longer than necessary, unless you have the location of every single thing memorized. Dissapointing, since for me one of the main draws of ALDI is that I used to be able to get in and out so quickly (at ALDI stores in another area). read more

Its been revamped! Although it is bigger and the standard selection of inexpensive brands are still here, there is only ONE complaint. Why is there always only 1 line open when I come on the weekend. Its the weekend you would think there are a couple of cashiers opened :( I have stopped in after work on my way home and there are three cashiers opened at 4:30 in the pm....yes this is a complaint review. It just makes no sense to me as to why on the weekend and especially during the 1st of each month the lines are down the aisle blocking customers shopping. #woosah read more

Let's be clear: no one really loves Aldi. It's not that I don't like the concept of it; trust me, no one loves to save a penny more than I do! I've shopped here for years, and I don't mind getting my own cart and bagging my own groceries. It's just that you know you're gambling when you come to Aldi. By that, of course, I mean that you basically have a 50-50 shot that everything you'll want here will actually be in stock. I tend to have good luck as soon as they open on a Saturday, but on holiday weekends in particular, it can be slim pickings. The section of the store you HAVE to avoid is produce. None of it is kept fresh or refrigerated; it just sits out to mold. Ever pick up and inspect grapes, blueberries, or strawberries? Mold. Not just on one occasion, on all occasions. The meat is iffy, too - good prices, maybe, but not the best quality. Take your business to a fresh store for those items. I have to say, though, that of all the Aldi locations, this one is the better of the bunch. Their prices here are even a little lower than most since they have a Wal-Mart next door; they continuously low-ball each other over the price of milk, and so it's almost always around $2. The service here is better than other locations, too. And I do like the dry goods you can get here. I mean, when you eat Rice Crispies, does it have to be brand name? Does anything have to be brand name? You'll get peanut butter, syrup, jelly, pasta, canned veggies, bagged salad, and frozen stuff all just as good as what you'd pay double for at any other store. By combining my shopping here and at Brookhaven Market, I EASILY spend less than $75 a week! read more

Shop at this store at least once a week if not more. Clean friendly environment. Big savings. Today I saved about $5.50 on just five items. I chose not to buy them when shopping at Meijers because the prices seemed high. I drove directly to Aldi's. The watermelon was $2.50 versus almost 4 dollars. The green grapes were $.80 a pound versus $1.99 a pound. The blueberries were $1.99 versus $2.99. And their brownie mix......My absolute favorite. The best $.99 deal in town. read more
