Excellent service!!! I had neck surgery several weeks ago and needed a half deflated rubber ball to use for my neck exercises... I wasn't sure how in the world I would find one! I came to Walmart and James in the toy dept went above and beyond!! Not all hero's wear capes. I have both experienced and worked in fields which required servicing a customer and attending to their needs. Never before however, have I experienced such exceptional amazing customer service as I did today during my routine shopping. I was on the drinks aisle looking for a particular drink but couldn't find it. Sharaie, the department manger, who was causally working and having a pleasant conversation with another woman on the aisle, suddenly asked me what I was looking for. Honestly it threw me off guard because I had never been asked before by someone there usually I would have to ask them, nothing negative, it just impressed me that she noticed. I explained that I was looking for Mr. Barqs RootBeer , Barqs was my go to. Ms. Sharaie began to descend from her ladder and started looking for the drink when she couldn't find it she told me she would go check the back! Even after I reassured her that it was fine she went out of her way to please and went anyway. When she came back, they really were out, but it was ok, I left happy and impressed. (Besides I had Mr. Pibb) It was about two aisle laters whenever I realized my phone was missing! Now I'm a millennial so we all know how quickly my heart started beating! Not to mention I had cash, my ID, and my debit cards in the back of the phone!! I quickly ran back to the aisles in a panic, trying to retrace my streps! Ms. Sharaie noticed me and once again, asked to be of assistance. I explained to her what happened and she immediately sprang into action ! She took my number and called my phone for me and phoned into customer service to ask if anyone had found a cell phone! Of course no one had turned it in so Ms. Sharaie and a few other women who worked there (whose names I did not get but I appreciate as well) began searching all the aisles and even getting down on their knees to look through them! Finally Ms. Sharaie was able to locate my phone at customer service! She came over running with it in the air sharing my happiness! I couldn't do anything but hug her and cry because I really don't know anyone who would do so much to make me feel valued! She even offered me water and didn't want me to leave right away because I was shaking! (I'm dramatic I know) If I found out this way, I know her coworkers and manager, Mr. Lorenzo Modesto, knows even more than myself, how great she is! I just really wanted to express my gratitude and say The Colony Walmart has AMAZING team members with big hearts which is something I value as a customer and I will continue to spend my money at this particular location! There are many Walmart's as we all know but excellent custome service not as much. Once again thank you SO VERY MUCH for a great experience that could have ended very badly for me! read more

I just left this Walmart. I spent 30 minutes in the Electronics department trying to get waited on. The department was way understaffed . There was 2 employees and customers waiting in line . I finally gave up and left. This was not the employees fault , WM is afraid they may end up overstaffed on a shift. That will not happen at this store. read more

Ugh!!! Don't get me started, worst worst place in the whole wide world by far.. Lack of customer service rude rude and mean people. Managemen nor supervisor are never available don't understand, do they all hide at the same time or dont work.? Nobody seems to know anything and PLEASE!! DO NOT use the ordering system (walmart.com) save yourself a headache somehow their systme is always down and if you cancel an order they never do. It keeps appearing in your statement and they charge you over and over for something that you have canceled over and over again. Had to get a new card its horrible. STAY AWAY if you can there othere place to shop and they DO PRICE MATCH not like walmart.. read more

I'd rather visit the underworld than go here. Fruit flies in all produce. High priced items with low quality. Terrible auto garage. The guys don't show any respect in there. I've gone to this store since it's grand opening when I was a kid. The lines are always long, and the managers just stand there. I don't understand why they don't just jump on a lane and actually do something. Automotive and electronics are just as bad, understaffed and a ton of customers. They usually have what I need in stock, but no service. With the new Kroger across the highway, I will be avoiding Walmart like the plague. read more

i came here because i needed some black shoes for work. after searching the limited inventory they had i finally found some shoes. they are little to small but thats the only size i can find that fits me. i put them in the cart and check again to see if they have a bigger size. they didn't and when i went to find my cart someone stole my cart. i looked everywhere for the cart and couldn't find it. i asked a few Walmart employees if they have seen my cart and they said no. i'm sofa king mad right now. this Walmart is so ghetto and so are the people that go here (except me). read more

All Walmart's I have ever been to have horrible customer service. If you ever read any of my posts, you know I am big on customer service. This Walmart is no different. The customer service her is so freakin' bad. Walmart always has good prices, and for that I keep going back. But what concerns me is the customer service......why not invest in people who actually care about customer service and know English? They still owe me $150 after they screwed up my car headlight and promised to pay for it. I went to a manager who promised to call corporate and get me an answer......its been 8 weeks and he now refuses to meet with me or call me back. His name is Timothy or (Tim) a co-manager I will post video of him soon. This guy is a liar, has no idea of store policy and......guess what? Has no people skills....go figure! read more

Abysmal customer service. Most people working on the front end don't care, and the managers are a joke. Shopping here is one of the least pleasant shopping experiences I've undergone. Sure they have cheap prices, but the experience is awful. I'd rather go across the highway and shop at Target. A bit more expensive, but at least the service there is better and has a better atmosphere. read more

BEST Doughnuts in Dallas. And half the price of other doughnut shops. Check it out! In my humble opinion the doughnuts are also 100 percent better than the highly touted Dunkin' Donuts of New England, where I used to live. Store has reasonable wait times for Rx's and shelves are well-stocked. This is a great Walmart. Staff should be proud. read more

I could go on and on.....let's just say I started shopping at Walmart 20 years ago when I was young and poor. I've continued shopping there despite doing pretty well financially. The wife refuses to be seen there though. I usually don't leave reviews and let things go, but this Walmart has the worst customer service. Honestly, out of everywhere I have ever been, I have never been treated more horribly as a customer. I have been here four times, each time for the same item (target practice ammo in sporting goods). They keep this locked up, so every time I need to buy it I have to try and find an employee; none are ever available near this section. So, I ask another employee that I finally track down if they could please call someone over to sporting goods. Each time I have had to ask multiple times before the job finally gets done and have had to wait at a minimum of 30 minutes, maximum of just under an hour in my personal experience. Then yesterday, I was in a rush before work so I regretfully stopped at this Walmart location. After waiting nearly half an hour they inform me that every single employee in the store with a key to the ammunition cabinet took the keys home. Seriously. I had been waiting for half an hour to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of merchandise, and nobody in the entire store, including managers, had any way to open the cabinet because numerous employees had "accidentally taken home the keys" even though that is against store policy apparently. Not a single employee apologized to me, they just stated this matter-of-factly as if this was typical and said I should try back another time. No thank you! I will go to any of the other Walmart locations where employees actually value their customers. Corporate should seriously consider cleaning house and finding some better people/harder workers to represent their company. read more

Went into Walmart a little late didn't bring my receipt to exchange a broken nerf gun for the exact same gun the hopefully works. Was sent back home by the manager with so much attitude it was unreal. From a manager which was so insane to me. Went for my receipt came back. Made eye contact with manager waved greeted her politely. Ignored. Walked closer greeted her again happily. Ignored. Put my receipt in front of her face. Greeted again happily even tho at this point I was more then annoyed. Greeted with an eye roll and even worse attitude. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do anything even with the receipt and I would have to come back in the morning. Stated that she had told me that I needed my receipt and I got it and came back and now she was telling me to go home again because she didn't want to do her job. She then told me that the lady at register could do it. Went to register said I needed to exchange the item. Greeted with eye rolling and bad attitude. Just shows shitty management affects everyone. She reluctantly did my exchange after saying she couldn't. Turns out they could the whole time went home with my exchanged item.
