    This is the cleanest Walmart I've been in.  I'm comparing that to:  Aurora, Oswego, Darien, Streamwood, Bloomingdale, Lake Zurich, Elk Grove...wow, I've been in a LOT of Walmarts. This is a super Walmart.  I stop here almost every day to pick up something.  The meat and produce departments are somewhat lacking. This Walmart is always restocking and has great sales. I go almost everyday so it's basically a second home to me. Buying groceries at Walmart saves a lot of money. It doesn't have the premium bakery products that I get at Mariano's, and they were out of stock on my #1 need (distilled water) but they offer an amazing variety of items. I had to do self checkout, which was easy to do although at my age I prefer using a cashier, but the inconvenience was minor. Their store brands and generics are fine, but the name brands are usually available as well. So what the store lacks in ambiance is more than compensated for by the prices and selection.

    My experience here at Walmart is beyond my expectations! I am really amazed and impressed with the customer service. I love shopping here because I always got and purchase all the things I was looking for and needed for our house. Walmart is always fully stocked. They even have some imported items and goods that you can't find easily in any stores nearby. Their employees here are very kind, friendly, helpful, and well-trained. They all know how to treat and serve their customers so well. They even guide customers all over the place. Their employees are the nicest employees I have ever met! They can do their job properly and they are so attentive. Outstanding customer service! Easier to find things because of the help of their great employees. I will continue to recommend this place to all the people I know. Really love Walmart! Very convenient and accessible spot! Thank you for the great experience! Please keep up the good work, guys! Kudos to all of you!

    like any other Walmart it's Walmart. same kind of people same kind of atmosphere sometimes you feel like you're lost with no help around

    This review is for their bakery. Their 3 Leches cakes are out of this world! Every time I order something from them, I get excellent costumer service. *EDIT-- I ordered a birthday cake for my baby's birthday party. Oh, my gosh.. The cake was delicious. The ladies who work there are unbelievably sweet. From now on, my family and I are ordering desserts from them.

    My 3 grocery items eagerly waiting to be scanned and tossed into a bag.  They, along with myself waited over 20 minutes in line.

Now you can see they are clearly cutting costs with lack of staff members to ensure a quality shopping experience. I have to walk over piles of clothes on the floor to find something that's still on the hanger ( I won't dig through clothing pikes on the floor). I was waiting at that target for quite a while, realizing everybody was leaving before me, and after finally calling that target and finding out that my order was actually placed at the Willowbrook location. I started driving to Willowbrook as I got closer to Willowbrook. I went ahead in the app and said that I was still coming, and when I did that I noticed after they had canceled my order I asked somebody who was outside giving an order to a customer about it. They said that the manager canceled it I was told to go inside to have that order processed mind you I did a curbside pick up for a reason. It's Sunday. Today's the day that I was just lounging in my house doing laundry had no intention to be out in public was not definitely presentable. Kinda look just like a bum today so I go inside. I talk to the first person who tells me that it would take two hours to process the order because I'm explaining to her that I don't have any of my debit cards. I just changed my bank account on Saturday so my Apple Pay is not working properly yet Being that I have no cards. I told her if I could please place the order on the app again because my target card is attached to my app. She keeps telling me it's gonna take two hours although the item is in her hand in a bag I've worked retail before as a courtesy. I feel that they should've went ahead and processed the order for me I then asked for the manager who canceled the order. She comes out with a very arrogant look on her face, seemingly looking like she's talking down to me as there's a crowd of people who probably feel more superior to me just because of how I look compared to everybody around me I'm Hispanic in a community of mostly Caucasian people at a target. It's the year 2025. Let's be real here if I was Caucasian Lexi, this team leader or whoever she is would've put this order through. I kept going back-and-forth with her about how it was unfair that she canceled my order. I told her if I could please place this order again I'm already here. I told her where I just came from. I told her the whole situation I told her if she could please look in the system to see if she has many orders that are that are placed that need to be picked up if I could just place the order I will stick around if it takes a half hour which is what it took from the time that I placed that order to the time that I got the email that it was ready for pick up. It did not take two hours. She looked in the system and told me there's not that many orders. It should take up to two hours again, not trying to be sympathetic or do me any kind of courtesy because she was the one that canceled the order on me. I know she could tell by my face and my voice that I wanted to cry I suffer from anxiety, depression I felt so bad about how she treated me That I'm not gonna just let this go. I am going to make sure to file a complaint against her I've been trying to call the store so I can get a store manager's name and nobody is answering my call. I received notification of my order being ready at 1:49 PM. I checked in at about 152 while waiting there realizing that mistakenly I was at the wrong place. I started heading over to the right location and by 2:23 PM. She canceled my order on me When I had already notated in the app that I was still coming in between that time.

Their stuff might be from Nordstrom, but the staff's rudeness is way beyond. After an hour of searching for the vow renewal dress, I finally found "the one", but the worst part was there was no tag. One of their policies is no tag, no sale, but I thought it should be a simple fix. The fitting room staff said the process of getting a new tag could take a day or two, which might not be the case at other retailers. Normally, it would take just a minute or two, even at stores like Savers or Goodwill. She also refused to call the manager to meet me, saying there was no point because the manager would go through the same process anyway. She suggested I wander around to find him. I decided to walk away toward the front store and stopped to ask two young staff working in the pants and shoes sections to call the manager for me. They said they couldn't find the manager nearby, so they called another staff member to call him. Finally, I was able to speak with Alex, the manager. I was on the verge of tears because I was upset and stressed. This store is like a thrift store--if you don't get the item that day, you might not find it again because they don't have the same inventory as a retail store. As I mentioned, it took me over an hour to find this dress. I explained the situation to Alex, including how much time I spent, the importance of finally finding the one dress that you and your spouse love, the stress of potentially losing it and not being able to find it again if I had to wait a day to come back--especially since they have no hold policy. I was crying while talking to him, and he said he would see what he could do and walked to the back office. While waiting for the manager, I overheard giggling and mocking sounds from the two young staff I had asked for help earlier. When I turned around, they stopped but still giggled in my direction. I caught one of them pretending to cry. I approached them and took this as a teaching/ learning opportunity. I asked if they were making fun of me, and they denied it. Then I told them I saw that they mocked me crying. One girl said she asked her friend if I was crying, and her friend said yes--that's all. I told them that wasn't right because I had seen it happen quickly enough. As a teacher, I explained that that's not very nice, and they shouldn't do that to anyone because it's unkind and mean. I also told them that I believe the world should be about treating people with respect and kindness, which is one of the most important things these days. I spoke to them respectfully and calmly, without causing a scene, since they already looked embarrassed. The other staff members stepped in and asked what happened, so I explained. They moved the two young staff to different sections. However, none of them apologized. Alex returned and was able to put the tag on without any issues. He then quickly walked away, so I didn't get a chance to express my concerns. But at that moment, I was just so happy to have my dress that I chose to walk away from the stressful situation instead of letting it ruin my day. Lastly, the cashiers--maybe they're having a bad day--none of them smiled or greeted me. When I asked questions, they just brushed me off. I've never written such a long review before, but I hope the company or someone higher up sees this so they can improve the store environment and customer experience. In a world where you can be anything, be kind! That's all. P.S. Would I go back again? Maybe, because there are so many good finds with great value there. But I might have to wait a while because of what I just experienced.
