Terrible Walmart, had my receipt from buying TV lastnight and it was broken in the box ...could tell it was taken out of the box and right back in, and of course it's struggle from the start with them to check anything they have a serial number match but they wouldn't return the brand new TV with the receipt becuz it wasn't showing up that it was bought there. The receipt clearly showed it was bought at the Bellmead Walmart at said time on said day, the day before I returned it...so bravo Walmart you got me for 200$...what you should ado is realize you won't be getting the 200-400$ a week from me for groceries and other shit we buy there ever again but when you're that big of a corporation I guess 1500$ a month from one person doesn't even show up on your radar...I get Bellmead is Bellmead and they probably deal with BS all the time but the non crackhead customers that do spend money there like myself won't after things like this...ok you got me Walmart , you didn't break me by any means but reality is it'll cost you in the long run...just a quick add on...the store is filthy and management is obviously extremely lacking read more

This Walmart has the best pick up service that we have experiencedcat any Walmart in the western US. We travel frequently, so we have used pick up service at probably a dozen different Walmarts throughout multiple states . This one has a few substitutions, a very good team delivering the groceries to you, and has never missed a single item. Also, the ability to order other items while you're getting your groceries is fantastic! ! We recently ordered an RV water hose along with our groceries . Where else can you do that? I am addressing the hot foods section. I wanted the 12.99 bucket. I asked and was told to pick what I wanted in it. He put the potato wedges in a bag. I asked why, it's for a bucket right? He never answered. We asked for popcorn chicken for a pound as was on the bucket. He gave the little tub of them and said "This is all they come in." the other lady back there with him said "No they don't, use a bag". Still never got a bucket. I checked my wedges after we headed out. .475 lb not one whole pound. Not even HALF. And yes, they had a fresh batch out. I still got my pound of popcorn chicken at least, but still, train your people to know what pounds are, or at least what a BUCKET is. read more

Worst Walmart EVER! There were literally 35 families in line at the self check out line( 4 out of 8 were functioning)and 2 registers with checkers open. When we asked about getting more registers open every employee (we asked 5) said that the managers told them they didn't want to pay for more labor and that there was nothing else they could do. Guess I'll be going to target from now on! read more

The service at the Auto Center is OUTSTANDING. The Walmart itself is fine, nothing too special, but the I have used the auto center several times, and each time I have been serviced with an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service. It isn't the fastest, but that really just depends on how many people are lined up in front of you. Great service. 10/10 recommend. read more

I've been to this Wal-Mart more times than I can count. I've typically found it less crowded than the newer one at Franklin Ave. and New Rd. While the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the grocery prices beat HEB's and the quality of the deli, bakery, and produce are about the same (except for tortillas--HEB makes better ones). A word of warning: beer and wine are not particularly cheap here. They aren't way out of line, but if you watch the sales at the grocery store, you'll do better. If you need things to get your dorm organized, you could go to the container store and stock up on some overpriced ELFA stuff, or you could go here and buy things that serve the same purpose and cost a fraction of the price. This Wal-Mart location has a nice selection of storage and organization solutions, particularly Rubbermaid products, which made living in a 12x12 room with another person for 2 years much more tolerable. One thing people forget about Wal-Mart Supercenter is that they offer oil changes. They use the same oils as Jiffy Lube, but they charge about $10 less. read more

Walmart tire and lube in Bellmead is the best. My truck wouldn't start due to a screwup from another company. My trucks is stuck in front of a bay and instead of being angry or frustrated with me having to wait for help. They have one employee who has bee. Nice checking on me and brought me a water. That's customer service making sure I'm ok even though they couldn't get to my truck!! read more

Carries a lot of groceries, but if you want better quality (for groceries) go to H-E-B. The patrons there are more well behaved and have better hygene, too. I don't like shopping here. Wal Mart treats their employees like robots and is just not a decent company. read more

I called to find out if Walmart has a product I was looking for in the toy or craft department. I waited in hold for 10 min and was transferred back to the person who answered the phone. Then ended up getting disconnected. I called back and let her know I was cut off. No apologies but she said there should be someone in that department so she tried again. Again I got transferred back to her, waited 10 minutes again and again got cut off. Very frustrating.... read more

The clerks here are helpful and friendly. We went today to pick up an order, and Debra was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. We got our order, checked to see if it was correct (it was) and actually had a pleasant experience! We shop this Walmart because they have a greater selection and the clerks are more knowledgeable and helpful than at our local Walmart. We were looking for a pet taxi for our puppy and found the right size but the door that comes with it was missing. When we found someone to come look at it to see if there was anything they could do, they guy that we got was very rude and treated us like we were idiots. When my mom asked if he would be able to give us what we wanted, he said "I can't give you what we don't have." When she asked if there were anymore in the back that had a door, he said "it doesn't look like this one comes with a door" like the dog just knows to stay inside without having a door. After clearly showing him how all of the other travelers were packaged, he says "oh, so someone probably stole this door." He then proceeds to show us how the Walmart website works like it's the early 2000s and smart phones are just becoming big. read more

If there was a NEGATIVE star, I'd choose it!!!! I've been going to this location for years, because of the convenience to my home. And it has done nothing but decline. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Checking out takes forever because although there are tons of regular registers, they NEVER have more than 3-4 open. There will be 10 or better waiting in each line before they'll even ATTEMPT to open any more. AND... why in the heck do they need 537 managers roaming around, doing NOTHING except pretending to be doing something? They've also gotten to where they are offering a smaller and smaller selection of items, especially in grocery. read more

My brother and I experienced appalling service at the Tire and Lube Center at this Walmart. We were on our way home to see my dad who has terminal cancer when we got a nail in our tire. The tire went completely flat but we were able to roll into the Auto Center of this Walmart at 6pm and asked a mechanic if we could have our tire inspected. We were told "yes" so we pulled in. Moments later, another mechanic came out and told us that they wouldn't have time to look at our tire within the hour left before closing, though there were only 2 oil changes (already in process by at least 2 other mechanics) ahead of us. This specific mechanic refused to help us and instead stood talking to other employees. We ended up trying to change the tire in the parking lot ourselves but were not able and ended up using Fix-a-Flat to repair the tire enough to drive the hour and a half home. The next morning we took the car into a smaller shop that was extremely busy and within 5 minutes the tire was repaired. I was very hurt and disappointed by the way that we were completely ignored and cast off by the employees of this Walmart Auto Center. However, I would highly recommend Fix-a-Flat as it proved more helpful and carried us to our destination. read more

I do not understand why they shutdown checkout lanes at night, which causes the checkout lines to get extremely long. Why on earth do they have 20 checkout lanes with only keep 1 or 2 open. The lines get about 20 people deep and about 30 minutes wait. I hate lines. Closing checkout lanes is so stupid and an utterly ridiculous practice. typical wal-mart...larger than most...I got a tire rotation and balance their and they can't balance my tires right....I have been to 2 other Wal-Marts and only the one in Temple got it right...so that is concerning...decent Wal Mart except for the problem with the tires. read more

Bellmead, TX cops assaulted my 15 year old daughter in a Wal-Mart substation. They slammed her nose up into her face, which is "a authorize pressure point maneuver to subdue a sitting child and then slammed her face unto a desk causing her the have ear aches and nose bleeds. Still have not made it home from her kidnapping/arrest for allegedly resisting arrest. Then when we showed up within five minutes my wife and I was both arrested for resisting arrest, interfering with official duties, failure to ID. Keep in mind none of which we are obligated to perform. I was taser twice in the back while handcuffed, once while I was standing and once on the ground. My wife was thrown to the ground causing a badly bruised knee. I can't wait to get the tape before it's sealed under some gag order and I will release it. What caused all this? They wanted my child's phone, a phone with no service. He snatch the phone out of her hand and she called him a "fucking dick" so two cops began to slam her head and face into a desk. And this man said he had been on the force for 40 years and was going to teach my daughter a lesson tonight. This same cop said he would beat his kids for talking like that. So where is his authority to beat my child? read more
