They treat their workers like they're dogs, overworked and only have one day off a week. Couldn't find a manager because they decided to all be on their phones. Cashiers did not help me after i repeatedly asked for help with my brussels sprouts. They also make their employees run in the rain, but don't help them at all. I came in for an interview, they said they would like me on their team. I was told I could come for orientation on the 25th of October and that I would get a email with the job link. I never received an email so I texted them twice with not a single reply. You would think they would have enough morals to at least text me or call me back. It was Amy who I was texting and I was interviewed by a skinny guy with red hair. It appears they don't like to reply and they only like to waste my time. So now u get this honest review. You guys hire some lazy people and people who do nothing but when a real worker wants a job, u waste their time. I'm in Walmart everyday, I see what goes on. So thanks to Amy and whoever else wasted my time, bunch of losers in my book. If you have a problem, I'm in Walmart everyday, i see you guys everyday. Don't apply to Walmart, they clearly only hire people who have bad work ethics. I went to have two tires replaced. The tires on the truck were from Walmart. I wanted two just like it. However, since they were oversized (245/R16 instead of 235/R16, the service manager said they could not do it. "But I bought these tires here!" "It doesn't matter, they are not the size that is recommended in the manual." "So I cannot buy the same tires as you sold me 5 years ago?" "No" "That makes no sense!" This is for the Tire and Lube area. So far, we have been here for 2 hours for an oil change. When we got here no one was in front of us. A gentleman we met told us he waited for 3 hours to have 2 tires changed! We won't be back. Some of the younger workers were just goofing off most of the time. Very disappointed. Whoever was running Walmart in Bellefontaine needs to be fired. My wife and I were ready to check out. We went to the self check-out and it was closed. I said "why are these closed". A walmart clerk behind me that I wasn't talking to said "We don't have enough people to cover this evening." She was saying something else that I just walked away to avoid an argument. But think about this. You have 6 registers open with cashiers that they can serve only 1 person at a time. Take one of them and move them to the self serve section and then they can handle 6 people at a time (6 registers in the self-serve area). But that's not all. The cashier that we went to accidentally rang up Cinn Bread. We didn't have cinnamon bread. She couldn't take it off. Her cashier head came over. She couldn't take it off. The cashier said, "You have to take the receipt over to customer service to have them take it off. (customer service is on the opposite side where we were parked.) So, now my wife and I have to do a Walmart persons job to get the buck and a half off. I told my wife I would get the car and pick her up. My wife went to customer service. What she told me was nothing more than wrong. The two people there rudely said to her, "What do you want? We are closing." She told them what needed. They decided just to give her the buck and a half and didn't ring it in the register. So now 2 clerks just stole a buck and a half because they were going home. Look, people. You are hired to take care of your customers. If you can't or are unwilling to do that task, get another job. read more

Umm I wouldn't suggest going to this Walmart the workers are mean and they raise there voices over nothing I would recommend driving 20 minutes to the one in marysville the workers are much nicer and are open to help. read more
