I needed to return my amazon item. I went to this CVS store at 8:30 am. But they refused ups drop off my package. I do not know why.

It's a pharmacy. It give me my no baby maker medicine! Very niccccceee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had alot of problems with them getting my medications in stock. But the worst thing is they are just to massive of customers with a skeleton crew that changes faces like I change underwear. Went from 24hr pharmacy to not being one. If you are taking common prescriptions and can wait til the following day, it's OK. But for specialty scripts, go somewhere else. read more

Yikes this was a sad place. Creaky door and state of affairs at this CVS. And I love CVS - but this was total crap. No greeting, bare shelves, no sales bins, not a single postcard or memento or even a decent candy isle. All this CVS had was rows of sold out bounty rolls, wicker crates of sanitizer, no maps, no nothing. Couldn't even find the staff! I went in here on Christmas Day for a few items. The doors were shut but you could open them manually, so I figured they were broken. I stepped in and a lady said, "Stop right there. I don't think it's 10:00 yet." She kicked us out and I sat right in my car and took a picture of the clock that switched to 10:00 exactly as I snapped a photo. So, CVS lost out on a customer because some lady was insulted that we dare step into her business 15 seconds earlier than we should have. In that case she should have simply locked the doors. read more

This CVS seriously needs to retrain their techs, especially when it comes to their demeanor. I've used this pharmacy a few times now, and there's always an issue. Usually being that nothing is ready when it should be, or they don't bother to see if a patient has filled with CVS before, assuming they haven't and just don't fill the prescription. You definitely feel like they don't care about helping you. I recently was in and stood at the pick up window for 5 at least minutes and was ignored, while a blond scraggly haired tech rang herself up a soda. She couldn't even say "I'll be right with you". She very rudely asked "do you need something? No, I just like to stand in lines for fun... she was very rude. Hold times for the phone is pretty long, and you get attitude for asking basic questions like if a prescription is ready and what the copay is. I understand they're busy and probably overworked, but it would be nice to not be treated like dirt. I've worked in pharmacy for many years and it blows my mind that they treat their patients like this. I only use CVS because of insurance restrictions and other CVS pharmacies are better than this one. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. read more

This place is horribly slow. The wait to pick up a prescription is ridiculous. I would go anywhere else if my health insurance allowed it

The hours state open 8am - 9pm. I have gone there quite a few times around 6pm during the week and weekends and they were closed. I have no idea why. Walgreens is next door and is open 8am - 10pm. I go there now instead. read more
