Avoid picking up online orders at this location. Their kiosk is down, "customer service" employees refuse to assist, will tell you to call the number and if they don't answer then they will help. They will also tell you they don't know how to "check in" for an order and direct you to call. As I was leaving, I overheard another customer inquiring about waiting 20 minutes "checked in" to pick up their online order. TLDR: pickup sucks, kiosks are down, customer service is a joke. read more

Came to get it and realized later, the wallet was tossed in the back row and the money was gone. Filed a police report and contacted the State Police too. Its Wal Mart is located off 100; it is easy access with a huge parking lot. This is a Supercenter with a Tire and Lube Center. They also have a Subway and Auntie Anne's Pretzel as a snack bar. There a Bank, Hair cutter, eye glass Center and Nair Salon... This is one of clean and well stock stores in the area. It also has the most check out lines open then others, and more associates around for help. The Zoning was done well, on this visit, with associates actively keeping it up. I just left this Walmart to run in for two items. I needed some items over near shampoo, etc. Six high school aged employees restocking this section. Five had masks directly under their noses. And one wearing a gator had it completely down. Did not even attempt to pull it up for a few minutes. There is some serious need of retraining with this team on safety guidelines and expectations. Arrived at Walmart Auto in Bechtelsville, PA for an oil change and to have both wipers replaced. It took 2 hours for them to change my oil and NOT replace my wipers. They were pleasant when checking me in, though even that took a little longer than it should have, the manager was stocking and did not see me until I began walking around to find someone. The auto workers did take a 30 minute break while I was waiting, closing all the bay doors and leaving me waiting for such a simple service. There were 2 other people waiting ahead of me, the one customer had been there since 7am for 2 tires and an oil change, which took over 3 hours to complete. I do not recommend this location. My wife and I saw a news artical today regarding a batch of potentially salmonella contaminated eggs. Went to the website, checked the bar code, sure enough our eggs are on the recall list. No big deal, things happen. My wife gets our kids down for a nap and has some errands to run so she swings by Walmart to return the eggs and get a refund. The person working returns will not accept them. According to her, "we get our eggs from a different place so there is no problem". I'm sorry, your store is on the list, the barcodes match, there is no way I'm going to eat these eggs or give them to my kids. We had already eaten 6 eggs, accept the return and we can all just move on. Instead, I'm sitting here writing a 1 star review for poor customer service and general disregard for customer satisfaction. read more

This is the Ritz Carlton of Walmart's compared to all others. Even their shopping carts are better. There's a hair salon that looks great. A nail salon I've actually used that's good. The clothes are better too. The store is big & clean. There's always an adequate amount of cashiers open. It's a shame it's so far from me but worth the trip. read more

I would give a 0 If i could. NEVER enough people at checkout. This past Tuesday 5/2/17 I waited 35 minutes in the ONLY LANE OPEN in the entire store other then self checkout or 20 items or less. I was not that upset considering i had just shopped for 1 hour, spend 40 minutes in line but was waiting for my car's oil change. I made my way back to the auto center, with my cart full of groceries some frozen.(now an hour and 40 minutes after my car was dropped off and was told around an hour wait-maybe an hour and a half) only to be told that my car was not done, and not even NEXT. So it would atleast be another HOUR? WTF? It was more import the the lazy fuck behind the counter to take his lunch break then continue to work on the cars that he had in line. while there were 2-3 other employees at the register the entire time playing with thier thumbs. I decide I do not have time with the frozen groceries that i just paid for to wait another hour for an oil change so i ask for my keys back. They happily give me my keys back and make a comment thats one less job that they have to do to before they get to go home (lazy pieces of shit, its what they get paid to do) I then felt the need to contact customer service to inform them about some issues i encountered that day. The situation could have gone 2 ways for Walmart. Make it right, or lose a customer for life. Of course the girl who answered the phone at the customer service was unable to help me with my complaint so she had to get a supervisor to listen to me. After listening to a list of 8-10 excuses of to why my visit sucked ( someone called off, they dont have enough help/ short staffed) NOTHING was offered to make this better. Walmart was given a chance via customer service to earn my business back. After the conversation on Tuesday they will never get another penny of mine, nor a recommendation. If I didn't need the $150 worth of groceries in my cart and my time wasn't going to be as wasted EVEN MORE I would have returned everything and went grocery shopping elsewhere. read more

Usually much cleaner than other Walmarts. Always out of stock on pet supplies - often out of other things. I find the employess in the Deli are rude, Their customer service would rather chit-chat than help customers. Lines are always long. Most other stores stock their Garlic Chicken for 3 hours then put it 1/2 price - this store leaves it out until it sells. New ones are placed to the back. Whenever possible I drive to Giant anymore. I may pay a little more, but I know they will have the items stocked and the service is excellent. read more

Prices are good. Constantly out of stuff, some of the employees are unpleasant to deal with, they really need to fix their shopping carts.

Tire and lube service was the worst experience ever. Made to wait very long. Only two technicians in bay for all customers. They do not announce over loudspeaker when car is ready so you have to check back over and over. When i finally went back for 4th time after shopping in store I had to go outside and yell to technicians to see if my car was completed. The man working there told me I'd have to wait until he was done with what he was doing to get my keys and pay. Phone ringing continously in reception area with noone to answer it. Man finally gave me my keys and I paid too much. Cheaper everywhere else. No sticker put in window so I was told to give them mileage and they'd create one for me. After 2.5 hours, ignorant customer service, and complete frustration this is a place to never return to. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Unless you like to waste your time, patience and money. read more

Great Walmart. Everyone seems to know everyone being its a small town super Walmart. Staff are always friendly, tend to gossip here and there but hey work needs to be fun. Usually they always have what I am looking for which is great. Tire and Lube is usually full so it can be hard to get an appointment if you are just dropping in, schedule ahead of time. The Da-Vi nail salon is my absolute favorite. Everyone especially the owners is very kind and they have reasonable pricing. My nail color always last longer when I come here than other local places. read more

This location has no respect for their employees or customers. The store manager along with other department managers (freezer) use the good ol boy system. They spend their days abusing their power, gossiping, and harassing employees by spreading confidential information to others, which only cause more rumors. This store has trouble keeping employees due to the managers at this location. When you call, no one returns calls, address complaints, or just cares. They think they are untouchable. There was a fight (physical) in the mens bathroom in the back of the store between department managers, and yet nothing was done about it. You enter at your own risk!!! read more
