Today the store shelves are not full but I found everything I need inside the store. So my shopping experience was decent. Usually I order online and schedule pickup but technical difficulties prevented that. So to summarize 1. Low stock, 2. Technical difficulties with app... But what got my goat was the healthy Walmart employee I saw park in the handicap space closest to the door, look me right in the eye and speed walk right into the store. As I was checking out I saw the same employee in the self checkout area eyeing customers. The experience with the employee bothered me so much I'm writing this negative review. You might say let it go but I could have benefits using that space. I'm recovering from a stroke and I'm using a walking stick to manage my balance as I walk. I couldn't have parked there, no placard so no big deal you say. I say it is a big deal. Walmart should want their employees to show a higher standard as they represent Walmart. This employer has as placard displayed in the windshield no no law is broken but there was not a disabled person exciting the car and this Walmart employee just wanted a close parking spot. I'm disappointed that although no law was broken Walmart doesn't have a policy regarding able bodied employees using handicap parking simply to be closer to the door. read more

Just went in and as I tried to check out I was told that they don't have cash registers open so I have to use the card only even though my entire reason for being there was to load money on my card so I could pay my bills, The cashier then tries to load money on my card and then tells me she has no idea what she's doing. I start getting complaints from behind me because I'm holding up the line. I'm sorry that money services are not open. She calls the manager over who then proceeds to make up a bullshit lie on the fly about how those services just aren't open and I need to come back at 7:00 when the entire time i've been listening that she's been trying to deal with some type of cash issue " something to do with Big Bertha" in the back and it's very clear she just doesn't have time to deal with me. I remark "man, it's kind of funny how you guys love to make up bullshit like this on the fly huh as I walk out and I can hear the manager mocking me behind my back. So I decided to go to front desk and ask to file a formal complaint. She then tells me she's the manager on duty and keeps doubling down on her bs. I tell her to f off and walk out and leave my cart on side of service desk and as I walk out she tells me I'm banned. Man I fucking hate this store. read more

Been going to this Walmart for a very long time. Have spent a lot of money in this store. The other day at around 6am I went in this Walmart to get a few things. When I got to the maned check out a young lady was at the counter. When it came time for me to pay my bill was only around $60 so I gave her the money and she stood there feeling of the money/bills, then she used a marker to mark the bills two different times. But that's not all, she then started to rub the bills together each one at a time. She took about five minutes before she gave me my changes back. I understand that Walmart has to check bills, but that was uncalled for. From now on we are going to the auto check outs. read more

One of the worst Walmarts in the state. It's nearly always packed, so it is apparently very profitable, which means corporate has no interest in improving it. The shopping experience is miserable. The aisles are packed with employee shoppers, so you have to weave your cart all over the place. Those employee shoppers don't care about the regular shoppers, so they don't care if they're in your way or not. They even have a robot that blasts down the aisles, believe it or not. The store is quite badly stocked, and they are often completely out of basic staples. The last time I went they were out of Doritos and Lays potato chips, and another time they were completely out of chicken. Chicken! It is just ten miles from a Walmart distribution center, too, so the empty shelves seem to be the result of mismanagement. Many items are not stocked at the Bartlesville Walmart at all. For example, Walmart's deli Buffalo wings are really good, but if you want them you'll need to go to a different Walmart. Good luck finding an employee to help you if you need it. One time I rang a buzzer for an employee to open a closed case, and I waited ten minutes for them. No one staffs the jewelry section, so you have to buzz and wait there. The check out lanes are long and slow, so you'll probably have to do self checkout. Beware of the pharmacy--yesterday I was in it for half an hour, while a single employee was run ragged trying to serve everyone. I do like the deli employees, who are friendly. And the checkers are usually pleasant, once you finally get to them. The environment is not pleasant, but it is basically sanitary. I often drive to the Walmart in Coffeyville or Glenpool, just because those Walmarts are clean, well-stocked, and pleasant. If you want more proof of what I've said, just get on Facebook and search for Bartlesville Walmart--most people can't stand it. Come on, Walmart executives--make some changes! read more

OK I understand they close early due to this "pandemic" but when I was a kid they closed early they were not 24 hours. When they did close they politely announced over the loudspeaker that the store will be closing in 15 minutes down to when they actually did close. Fast forward to 2020 they're acting like it's last call at a dive bar and they're pretty much screaming and yelling at people to get out of the store because they're closing no politeness at all and the reason why I'm going to be done with Walmart in general. read more

This is solely based on my grocery pick up experience. First of all, I ordered a small thing of blueberries and they said they were out of stock. I went into the store before I did my pick up to get some things I forgot to add to the list and lo and behold there were several small containers of blueberries but they were organic, not regular kind. How come they will gladly substitute something cheaper but they can't eat the cost when their site says they have it and they don't, but they have some for a little bit extra? They should've been substituted. I got a few other things including baby wipes because they had substituted my unscented wipes with scented ones and some gerber meals for my daughter. When I went to pick up my groceries I told the girl I didn't want the baby wipes or the Gerber meals they had substituted. I come home and put everything away and then I had some stuff to do, but later I noticed I was missing several items. Turns out the girl still gave me the scented baby wipes that I didn't want and grabbed the bag of wipes and other stuff that I had went in and got. I get it that stuff happens and she probably got mixed up but the kicker is THEY DIDNT CALL ME. They were totally just gonna let me kiss that $15-$20 worth of stuff down the drain. I thought I was crazy but when I checked the receipt and double checked the inside of my truck I knew that's what had happened. Maybe start contacting your customers when you make a mistake instead of waiting on them to contact you. Oh and do better at substituting items. read more

Clean store with a lot of produce. My issue with it is that for a super Walmart they only had two registers open. I had to wait in a twenty minute line because they were so backed up. For having a grocery section you would think they would have more registers open. read more

Excellent store. Highest volume store in state of Oklahoma. I know issues have to occur sometimes as no one is perfect and this store has hundreds of employees and thousands of sales transactions daily. I am truly amazed that the store is kept in stock. Yes, they are out of an item from time to time but considering the volume of business, it is tremendous to keep the counters full. Aldi has this store beat on Produce prices but other than that category, Walmart is the lowest at price anywhere. read more

There was a very rude over weight women trying to start fights with multiple people. The staff took the complaint but I am not sure it was handled. She started a argument in the bathroom and then she was complaining I was in her way! There were people in front of me. I got called several rude names. They should have thrown her out! read more
