My insurance makes me use cvs Caremark which is crap and they never have my migraine shot in stock…read more I called my insurance and they are letting me use Walmart Pharmacy because Cvs can't keep my shot in stock. I talked with a Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer and they all helped me get my shot. Move from Cvs here in Bartlesville to the Walmart Pharmacy and they were very helpful and was able to get it transferred and called insurance and everything and I was able to pick it up within an hour. Thank God they had one in stock because I'm going a week behind my shot because Cvs can't keep it in stock and these three Walmart Pharmacy ladies were very helpful, sweet, and did everything they could to help me, and was very sympathetic and helping me & was fantastic and helping me get my Much-needed monthly migraines shot . We experienced the same problems at all three: extremely long wait times, overworked and busy staff, medications we used every month were not in stock, etc. A friend suggested we look for a smaller independent pharmacy, and we found Express Rx. It is such a different experience filling prescriptions here! They have a drive-thru which is so convenient; or you can wait in the store if you prefer. Prescriptions are ready shorty after dropping them off, and they make sure to have the medications we use each month in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and have time to provide real customer service. They are experts at dealing with doctors' offices and insurance companies, and have resolved many issues for us. I honestly can't think of any areas in which they could improve. Filling prescriptions is no longer a horrific ordeal; it's just an ordinary errand as it should be.

I start getting complaints from behind me because I'm holding up the line. I'm sorry that money services are not open. She calls the manager over who then proceeds to make up a bullshit lie on the fly about how those services just aren't open and I need to come back at 7:00 when the entire time i've been listening that she's been trying to deal with some type of cash issue " something to do with Big Bertha" in the back and it's very clear she just doesn't have time to deal with me. I remark "man, it's kind of funny how you guys love to make up bullshit like this on the fly huh as I walk out and I can hear the manager mocking me behind my back. So I decided to go to front desk and ask to file a formal complaint. She then tells me she's the manager on duty and keeps doubling down on her bs. I tell her to f off and walk out and leave my cart on side of service desk and as I walk out she tells me I'm banned. Man I fucking hate this store.

Been going to this Walmart for a very long time. Have spent a lot of money in this store. The other…read moreday at around 6am I went in this Walmart to get a few things. When I got to the maned check out a young lady was at the counter. When it came time for me to pay my bill was only around $60 so I gave her the money and she stood there feeling of the money/bills, then she used a marker to mark the bills two different times. But that's not all, she then started to rub the bills together each one at a time. She took about five minutes before she gave me my changes back. I understand that Walmart has to check bills, but that was uncalled for. From now on we are going to the auto check outs.
