When I got to the maned check out a young lady was at the counter. When it came time for me to pay my bill was only around $60 so I gave her the money and she stood there feeling of the money/bills, then she used a marker to mark the bills two different times. But that's not all, she then started to rub the bills together each one at a time. She took about five minutes before she gave me my changes back. We experienced the same problems at all three: extremely long wait times, overworked and busy staff, medications we used every month were not in stock, etc. A friend suggested we look for a smaller independent pharmacy, and we found Express Rx. It is such a different experience filling prescriptions here! They have a drive-thru which is so convenient; or you can wait in the store if you prefer. Prescriptions are ready shorty after dropping them off, and they make sure to have the medications we use each month in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and have time to provide real customer service. They are experts at dealing with doctors' offices and insurance companies, and have resolved many issues for us. I honestly can't think of any areas in which they could improve. Filling prescriptions is no longer a horrific ordeal; it's just an ordinary errand as it should be.

I talked with a Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer and they all helped me get my shot. Move from Cvs here in Bartlesville to the Walmart Pharmacy and they were very helpful and was able to get it transferred and called insurance and everything and I was able to pick it up within an hour. Thank God they had one in stock because I'm going a week behind my shot because Cvs can't keep it in stock and these three Walmart Pharmacy ladies were very helpful, sweet, and did everything they could to help me, and was very sympathetic and helping me & was fantastic and helping me get my Much-needed monthly migraines shot . I cant thank you 3 three ladies at the Bartlesville Walmart Pharmacy enough for what yall did for me today for getting my migraine shot. Thank you, Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer.
