I've been coming here since I was a little girl. Something charming about this small town dillards. Yes, it is small and doesn't carry all of the brands that the larger dillards in Tulsa and OKC do but it still has exactly what you need. The sale selection here is 10 stars. I'm not sure why but they always have superb sale selection. There isn't a shoe section of children's anymore which is a big bummer. Shawnee dillards doesn't either. This dillards is clean and all the employees are helping you with a smile on their face. Their makeup counters are always booming and always have some sort of promotion going on I feel like. I have found some toddler ralph lauren shirts here that are button down for under $10 which you just can't beat. Their lingerie section has the most underwear selection I've seen it's amazing and everything is organized. Yes, the dressing rooms are old but the prices and quality of the items are great. If you open a dillards credit card then you get to shop their extra "30 or 40 off" sale days a day early which does help. I caved in and finally did it! read more

If I could, I would leave no stars. They are very rude, they do not even let you touch anything without you being stared at like you're stealing. It was a horrible experience, since you weren't even able to breath. Couldn't even look at prices without the old stupid police guy just acting like he was on his phone, but actually just staring us down. Nice department store. Clean and well organized. But the real treat is John in cosmetics. He is so knowledgeable about the different products. He was patient and very complimentary to my mother when she was there for Esther Lauder. We enjoyed listening to him talk about the different products and how they perform.
