There are lots of perfume and men's cologne sampler packs that would also make good gifts. There is also a home section with lots of bedding sets, dishes and silverware. Again, some really great gift opportunities. Workers were all over the store and they asked many times if I needed assistance with anything. I plan to shop there more often in the future. It's nice that I can get a lot of shopping needs done without going to Tulsa or OKC.

I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

There are definite sections in this store, so it's not like a giant garage sale. When this store opened there were a ton of discounted designer bags. As time went on those brands slowly disappeared, but I found out they bring those bags specifically to newly opened stores to build business, then they slowly trickle them out. The handbag selection they have is still nice though. They also carry tons of shoes, luggage, bedding, home goods, kitchen supplies, baby toys and clothes, perfume...tons of stuff, all at a decent price. The workers aren't really that friendly, but there's no telling what they have to put up with from their customers (it is a college town after all). Definitely a great addition to Stillwater.

(I know, personal opinion.) Adrian has only cut my hair once, but he will not disappoint on the fade. I've bought cologne from EM, coffee (fantastic), cold brew equipment, shampoo, etc. I've been impressed by everything I bought. They are a bit pricey on some things, but nothing unexpectedly expensive. To all my Stillwater folks, give EM a try if you haven't already! Some critiques: It can be a challenge to schedule a journeyman/senior barber on Saturdays. A lot of us are doing the whole 8-5 thing, and Saturday is almost always the best day to get a fresh cut. Not that big of a deal, but I wish it were easier. It was easier in the past (1 year ago and prior). Also, the other day I went in to buy some coffee for myself and my wife, and when I asked for a medium roast... I was told that "we don't believe in that, but we have coffee beans from here, there, etc..." Now, as a black coffee enthusiast, it felt like that comment was a departure from reality. I brushed it off and chose by origin instead of roast... I hope that's not an attempt to fight racism or something. How beans are roasted make a huge difference in taste, how they are brewed, even ground. This incident happened a few weeks ago (March 2023). Some of that is just nitpicking, but I really love going to EM. I also look forward to their expansion!
