I left a $40 tip for the stylist's time even though I was unhappy with my hair. I called to confirm my appointment the next day and was told that I would have to pay to have my hair corrected. That was not the agreement made and I would never have gotten out of the chair yesterday had I known this. It is poor customer service to say you will do something and not honor the agreement I spent $200 yesterday and will have to pay more to fix my hair. Shameful!

Unfortunately, I have witnessed staff mistreating senior customers, which I believe is unacceptable. It is essential to recognize that customer satisfaction is crucial to the success of the business. While standing there, I had the pleasure of listening to employees outside have an extremely graphic conversation about their MRSA butt boils, leaking green pus, and how nasty and gross they were. Yes, you read that correctly. And yes, the same employee involved in that conversation was the one who handed me my drink. I'm not sure what was more disgusting--the conversation, the lack of coffee in my coffee, or the fact that I paid for the experience twice. I'm all for employees being comfortable at work, but there is a time and place for everything. A drive-thru is not the place to discuss graphic medical issues, especially while customers are waiting on their drinks. Two visits. Two terrible drinks. One wildly inappropriate conversation. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I came for coffee and left with two cups of sugar milk and an experience I'm still trying to forget.
