Each time there, men came into the store after me and they were happily greeted and assisted. The last time there, after paying for an item, I said to the clerk "Merry Christmas" she replied "yeah". I will never, ever go back to that store, and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there either.

The store called Chris, the installer. Chris said he "didn't know he had to be there at 9:00 on the dot". He figured "around 9," said he was in South Point and would be there in 5 minutes. Chris doesn't manage time well, South Point is more than 5 minutes away. More importantly, Chris also does not respect other people's time. Chris cost Gibbs the sale of an insert and tarnished their reputation.

Their prices are very fair and the selection pretty decent for being in a small town. They lean heavily toward used classic rock, but they have a good sampling of new records as well as other supplies. I found several things to grab at very reasonable prices, and plan to stop back next time I'm in town. In the front of the store they also sell vintage clothing and other miscellaneous items as well.
