I left a $40 tip for the stylist's time even though I was unhappy with my hair. I called to confirm my appointment the next day and was told that I would have to pay to have my hair corrected. That was not the agreement made and I would never have gotten out of the chair yesterday had I known this. It is poor customer service to say you will do something and not honor the agreement I spent $200 yesterday and will have to pay more to fix my hair. Shameful!
