None that someone would just go in and "browse" except for Belk, maybe. There's a laser hair removal clinic, a phone repair store, a tutoring center, a kids hair salon, a few boutiques like Kristin Todd, Forsyths, Scarlet (not your bulk-shopping stores like Rue21, J.C. Penney, Nike). There are a ton of unique restaurants though if you're in the mood to try something different. It's a nice, upscale center. It's just not the first place that comes to mind when a friend says "let's go shopping!".

The Pleasant Ridge Town Center is one of the two outdoor malls/plazas in LR, and what a fantastic little Center it is.

I get very tired of some people saying negative things about stores that are really quite good. It is true that all employees should take pride in their work and spend less time being involved in things that are not work oriented, and that happens everywhere, but I have never had any issues at this store. It's a small town and offers other services, and this store tries. I'd like to know if those who are so quick to judge, so to speak, have ever worked retail? Complaining is easy when you can't see the bigger picture and yes, it would be nice to see a few other stores open, for the mental health of all people, instead of seeing businesses leave because they can. People need to work and big business needs to do its best to provide that instead of being unfair to communities who have served them well, and likely for a long time. You want more probably, but make do with what is available and stop complaining, they have a great selection, and their selection is up to corporate, and they seem to do a pretty good job as far as I'm concerned and the people who work there do what they are told, and sometimes that's like mission impossible, since some of us know how that works. The key is to stay focused as a worker and a consumer, so stop complaining and do your best it could be far worse so take your blinders off. People are spoiled...they want this and that, or impose their superficial take on things, and well, most of us are there to shop, not show off and I find food, and the basics, and yes, they have auto service, so no, don't complain. This store is clean, and does its best, and that is that! Imagine what it is like to have to work hard for any company and restock shelves, lifting, pushing, tagging, etc, etc... and all the other things you as a consumer do not know about, so get over yourself, because this store does try, and I appreciate it and so should you. Grow your own apples if you think you can do better, go for it. Be grateful for things, and yes, we need a few more businesses here because the residents deserve that, not another coffee shop, and granola bars that cost $5.00, we need more than that, I can make my own coffee and do! We also need more smaller stores too, but this is a farming area, and big stores like Walmart who provide to this community are really great too, because farmers are very busy people and so is everyone else. That said, if you want quality organic produce when the local farmers' market isn't in season, this is just about the only place to get it. That alone saves it from one or two star oblivion - if only barely - but doesn't change the fact that shopping here feels more like a chore than anything remotely enjoyable.

If that is against policy to exchange it, then we understand, but the woman never said anything about that, she just kept saying that we were the ones that messed it up when we tried pulling the tag off, if that was true then we wouldn't have asked to exchange it. It was broken when we opened the box. She was being very unprofessional and rude and quite honestly making a scene for no reason. Then, she hands it to another lady, which was nicer but also very unprofessional. She tried to fix it for us but lost one of the pieces to and handed it back and proceeded to tell us to just try and fix it ourselves because she couldn't see well enough because she didn't have her glasses. If she needs glasses to do her job, then she should have them with her. The whole experience was so dramatic for zero reason and I will no longer be purchasing jewelry there again.
