If it provided Golf helpers for when you're on the 18 hole course, it'd be the Pilot in Caddy Valley. The pilot in Arkansas just outside Arkadelphia was nice. Very easy to access, nice and cheap, no problems at the pump, and the bathroom was clean and right next to the entrance. Probably one of my favourite Pilots, all things considered. read more

Must have been the cleanest truck stop I've seen yet! Dropped my phone at the truck pumps and noticed there was no oil animal poo nothing just clean! Ty was out there emptying all the trash cans. So the cans were not overflowing! Amanda the cashier was very friendly when we walked in she greeted us and on the way even though it was busy she had a smile on her face and a great attitude!! What can I say....it's a gas station. Bathroom was gross. But....the Clerk was friendly, she greeted every customer with a sincere "hello/hi/good to see ya" Gas prices were averages. Filled up on Bang energy drinks, since they had a vast variety to choose from. Nothing fancy but the customer service was great. read more

well I got to drop it down a star they're getting a little piggy here. this is after a couple of returns since the last review. I came in on a particular mid afternoon in the bathrooms were not very clean. paper towels were not stocked napkins were not stocked they now have Dunkin Donuts Express coffee serve yourself but I didn't really appeal to me it doesn't look like they're really keeping up on that either unfortunately. stores looking a lot messier than it used to not picking up the garbage either unfortunately they need to start working on that too. they still have the full dinners but when I came in there didn't even realize they had baked beans to one server was a little aloof apparently and they were sitting right there in the warmer the other girl had to come over and stay there they are those are baked beans because I asked you a baked beans she's like no we don't and she happened to hear and she's like yes we do... so I got the half baked Chicken which I do like not fried baked the four pieces with the leg wing breast and thigh that was very good it just came out about a half hour before so it was still good and fresh I asked her for some fresh smashed taters she said she's changing up the hot table now and brought out some fresh ones with some gravy..this one has a cinnabon too like a lot of pilots and Flying J's when you walk in but it's not staffed very long. of course nowadays the 21st century tracking the parking lot was in shambles trucks parked everywhere here there not straight wherever they felt like screwing up some people from getting out which isn't a surprise after 30 years of doing this but it is what it is.. all in all from above average pilot now down to an average pilot I did get fuel and the fuel Island was kept clean and the wash buckets were changed so the maintenance was doing a decent job outside although they could definitely work on everything in the garbage more often... I don't mind getting fuel here because it's fairly easy in and out.. between Little Rock and Dallas there's about five pilots and four out of the five are total clusters getting in and out which I don't like. so I'll still continue to stop here but I just wish they would start getting a little bit cleaner and working more on the tidying up the place. read more

for a travel stop, this place is really great. First, it has a fenced in dog park. not huge, but big enough for a pent up german shepherd to run around after 3 hours in the car and have some fun and burn some energy. lots of fuel pumps, different types of food available , sandwiches, pizza and fried chicken, and a large variety of snacks and beverages in the truck stop. i am sure there were plenty of options for all kinds of travelers. we had room for our RV, there were motorcycles and trucks there as well... lots of room for all. read more

A welcome haven if you have dogs because there's a lot of grass surrounding it on all sides. That's what originally drew us in, the gas is a little pricey, but the bathrooms are fine. read more

Yummmy yummmies. 4 words- FROZEN YOGURT with Toppings. This is the 1st Pilot (and I've been to a lot) that I've seen with a full on frozen yogurt bar. They had six flavors and a wide array of toppings. A hot day in July too! You better believe I helped myself. I didn't see anyone partaking in this. Did they not know it was there?? How could you pass this up?? Also, I like the way they had their hot food selection lined up. It was set up more like a quick restaurant at the food court of a mall. A lot of pizza selections and you could order a whole pizza and they would cook it for you. They had the usual hot selections that Pilot and Flying J are known for like the burritos, chicken tenders, pot roast etc. There was good attention to detail. The way this store was designed was good attention to detail too because it has a wide space to walk about and get your food, desserts, sandwiches, seating area with tv. Really this was the best designed Pilot I've seen. So much so I'm writing a Yelp review on it and I go to these at least 4 times a week. read more

It's also very clean... the several times i;ve been through.They even have showers for those long trips. This is one of my favorite Love's station. It is super busy like most Love's station are. They have a large gas pump area and parking lot. Easy in and out and back to interstate. The store and restrooms have always been clean and the staff friendly. The shelves, coolers and hot/cold foods are well stocked. You'll find several areas with prepared food from salads, sandwiches, pizza. soups, ice cream/yogurt with a toppings bar and a hot food table. Carryout or dine-in is available just passed the sodas and Cinnabon area. Cinnabons are made fresh daily and I always have to grab at least one when here. Love's has practically everything you could want while traveling. Clothing, toys, watches, glasses, auto supplies, shoes and jackets to mention a few. I have to say that as far as pit stops go, Pilot truck stops are typically the best. I'm not a trucker so I haven't enjoyed the use of their showers and some other amenities, but they are clean and usually have a large variety of delicious treats. Enter Cinnabon. The last time I had Cinnabon before I found them at a Pilot store only a few months ago was probably about twenty years ago at the Mall of America. I used to (and still do) daydream about their humongous cinnamon rolls. I know they don't use plain old cinnamon off the shelf, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is a special blend, but last night I thought I detected Saigon cinnamon. It is more robust than I typically encounter and I found the taste was exceedingly vivid. You take in the cinnamon with multiple senses and you feel as if you are trapped in a Tom Robbins novel. "Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates" has a negative spin on vivid, but I think you get the picture. Cinnabon adds nuance to your life that can leave you forever changed. read more

Bunch of scam artists at this location. They sell expired food and they charge way more for the PJ Fresh food than anywhere else. I guess since it's the only food in this location besides Cinnabon they can, but that's highway robbery. $5.49 for a four inch sub with nothing but a couple slices of meat and a slice of cheese? No thank you, I'll take my money to Subway and pay 51 cents more for a six inch with veggies, chips, and a drink. read more

The bathrooms were clean enough. Typical travel station stop with showers, broad food availability, a game room, etc. I was surprised to see they had a frozen yogurt wall with toppings. I had to post a review since I was disappointed that although they had a large wall with 6 different hot coffees, they were completely out of Colombian in one dispenser and the other Colombian dispenser was so diluted I had to pour my cup out and get another coffee. On Saturday August 24th around noon I stopped to get gas and use the restroom with 2 children. When we went inside the women's restroom was closed off and a black male custodial worker was in the women's restroom, I assume cleaning. He was talking loudly using profanity and complaining about his personal issues. We stood outside the restroom waiting and after three f words among others I yelled loud enough for him to hear to watch his mouth. I had two young children with me and I myself do not appreciate listening to vulgarity at a business establishment. He proceeded to come out and ask me who I thought I was and in front of my kids called me a bitch. He said he was in the bathroom obviously and could say whatever he wanted. I looked for the manager but no one assisted and the male went into what I am assuming was a janitorial closet. This is unacceptable. Allowing someone to use language and verbally attack a customer is bad business. I will never use this establishment again and will not recommended it to anyone. It is a shame we frequented regularly on trips to the river and hot springs. read more
