We were pleasantly surprised when he said it would be delivered the next day! The guys just delivered it. 2 nice guys took out the old and brought in the new. Had it set up in no time. Looking forward to a good night's sleep for once in a long time. We really like doing business with Kerby's. PLEASE be careful ordering from Lift and Stor!!…read more This is our 2nd bed from them. We moved from Goodyear to Sun City West and were very pleased with our pervious bed and experience. We went to the Lift and Stop showroom and looked at the beds and were very happy with our choice. They said it would be 8 - 10 weeks (I think that is their standard response) and our bed was delivered and installed by people who had been working for the company for some time. So, we looked on the web site and saw their store was shown to be in the same location and we drove down there. Well... the store was gone!! Their website still shows their store address and that they have store hours. BEWARE!!! It is closed. So, we did get ahold of Richard Abbey (I think he is the owner) and he drove out to sell us our bed. We ordered on the spot and had the receipt showing we had paid in full and to expect delivery in, you guessed, 8 - 10 weeks. Well when we did not hear anything at the end of 10 weeks I started trying to get ahold of Richard and the store. I left messages on the store number. I left messages on Richard's number. I texted and I sent messages on Facebook and by tweet. FINALLY, I received a return call and they set up a date for installation. But, then they called and had to cancel as they were missing a part for the bed. We ultimately had installation of our bed on 9/11 over 13 weeks after we ordered the bed. The installers were over 1 1/2 hours late and finally arrived. They told us they had to put the entire bed together. They assembled the entire bed in our spare room. NONE of the bed was together. It took them over 2 1/2 hours to get the bed up and then there was some damage to the edge of the prop-down table. They said they had noticed it and would be back to repair it. It will have been 8 weeks sine they were going to come back and repair it and we have heard nothing!! In the light of the day there were hand prints all over the bed. Once again, I have called the store and Richard and left messages and have heard nothing!!!! We will continue to try but, I fear that short of small claims court we have heard the last of Lift and Stor. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!! I would say go to a different store as Lift and Store has no store and they will not call you back or repair things they damaged in a timely manner!!!

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set from San Tan Furniture on 5/13/15. We were initially apprehensive to place the order because San Tan Furniture has a no refunds/returns policy and the furniture was in a catalog so we were not able to see it in person. However, Don and Olivia (owners) assured us that they would "take care of us" if we were not happy with the furniture for whatever reason, so we went ahead and placed the order on good faith of Don's word. That is when the nightmare ensued. Long story short, the delivery was late, there were missing parts, and the color and finish of the furniture was different in person than it appeared in the catalog. After countless phone calls, emails, and empty promises made by Don and Olivia we are stuck with $4,600 of furniture that we do not like or want, and we still don't have all of the parts from our order. The owners Don and Olivia are not reliable, do not follow up, and do not keep their promises. They seem completely oblivious to the fact that their unfair policies and complete lack of care or customer service will have a negative impact on their business. I have never had a more unfavorable experience with any other vendor I have ever purchased from in my life. Their way of operating is flat-out shocking. I could expound on many other empty and unfulfilled promises that Don and Olivia made to us. At the end of the day their written policies are clear if in fact you take the time to read a page full of small print at the time of purchase (who seriously does that these days anyway), and however unfair or unbelievable their policies might seem, you can only rely on what is in black and white with these people. Unfortunately I did not read online reviews about San Tan Furniture before doing business with them, because if I had I would have found out ahead of time that this seems to be their standard operating procedure; unfilled promises, extremely slow responsiveness, and a seemingly complete absence of care for the people whose lives are affected by their harsh policies and poor service. It is absolutely unbelievable that an operation like this can even be in business these days - and I'm sure that won't be the case for long barring an act of God to shake them into the twenty-first century. As mentioned, I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau (first time in my life) and I'm considering retaining a lawyer to pursue the matter legally in small claims court (which would also be a first). Steer clear.

They told me I had to go online and do it and purchase it online. The only reason I asked them to do it was because I was already at the store. I literally could've had them price override it so I wouldn't have to come back but yet they said they couldn't but their policy online says they can.
