I have to say I was pretty disappointed in Walmart today. My daughter & I picked up a train set. I have four grandchildren. Two with special needs. One is autistic and the other is severely disabled with permanent injuries when he was just a month old. My grandson has 50-70 seizures a day. Legally blind and deaf. A feeding tube. Spastic Quadriplegic Palsy. Severe brain damage. He is 24 hour care and terminal. Money has been tight and not everything is covered. Imagine my surprise when I saw the train ring up 10 cents instead of $10.00. So I went and got three more so we could have a train set for all 4 kids. By the end of check out now it came up $10. They would not honor it. I was so upset as was my daughter. We needed that blessing to have a nice Christmas. So in the end only one train set. It will take me a while to save up enough for three more as I am the sole provider. They should of honored the 10 cents since that is what showed on screen. It must of been a glitch but still would of been nice to have train sets for all four grandchildren. read more

GAAWWDD ! I hate coming here but do so only to make what little money I have stretch. Granted most times I go to Walmart is after work or on a weekend and I want to slit my wrists every time. It is always brimming with people which makes the check out hella long. Customer service is usually meh. Not that I have ever met a Walmart employee that is rude, they just don't know where the item is you are asking about (even if you point it out on their flyer) or it takes a grip of time to find someone in the necessary department to help you. Either way Walmart is the last option for me when it comes to shopping but first for entertainment, because really watching tweekers wander around the store in the wee hours of the morning is better than any movie. read more

One star is too much for this store. Every time I visit this store I come across a rude employee. Once there was two employees having an inappropriate conversation and cussing so loud. Another time I went to purchase a fishing licence for my brother and it took them forever to find someone who could help me just so she could tell me that I couldn't get one for him?. I gave up and purchased one elsewhere. This last weekend was the last time I will ever visit this store. We went at night and the girls that were stocking were so rude. A few days ago I picked up an order at the redlands Walmart and the receipt checker lady was absolutely rude. She insisted I had to have a receipt for the online Pickup and I told her they did not give me one. Then she took me to the side along with security and took my stuff to the register. The order was paid for and had a tag on it from the pickup location as well as I had my phone order screenshot. She still insisted that maybe I was stealing. I am Hispanic and she was an older white women with reddish hair I'm not sure if it was a racial thing but it was very uncomfortable and rude. Walmart needs to do something about their instore employees because this was a terrible experience. Before I was walking out their was a Caucasian family walking out and they were not checked for a receipt nor frowned upon and properly told good bye. But that was not the case for myself. I rarely shop Walmart due to its service but sometimes there are things you guys only sell and it's a must read more

So I don't have high expectations with the Walmart in general ..but I went in there to look for a Christmas sweaters and then continued on and then I needed a pair of eyelashes where I came upon a girl in cosmetics that a barbell and her nose who is a less than enthusiastic employee, where I had to get my eyelashes put in a box to take to the cashier of my choice, we're then I went to the self-checkout and was greeted by jabba the Hutt who was an obnoxious woman shuffling people through the self check out. But before my hellacious check out I actually had a good experience through an employee who actually came to help me during a bad time of the year who her name was Karen from cosmetics, who I got help with to buy a fish, after dealing with the other woman in cosmetics who I ask for help with the fish oh, I never came, but Karen actually came all the way over across her department and helped me get the fish because no one apparently answered her calls on the radio, and she helped me get my fish put the SKU number on the bag .I've been in retail for 30 years so I know what it's like during Christmas so I appreciate Karen from cosmetics who helped me . read more

attention: RECEIPT REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL RETURNS @ walmart!!! I know the website states "no receipt policy..." and "under $25 receipt or not..cash return".. DONT BELIEVE WALMARTS DETAILED WEBSITE. Nope! Returned a $10 item today and was told that nothing will be done without a receipt. I cant find the damn receipt! I explained i went 2 website to get explicit instructions b4 coming 2 the store. I have id etc etc.. i thought cool, no prob. I will just get store credit to help out a future purchase. WRONG! Not only were they beyond rudely obnoxious, i had 2 wait over 25 mins for the mgr 2 come to customer service and get rude with me, and finally agree to allow an exchange. I agreed and wanted tobacco. And this mgr proceeded to say " well no, i wont exchange for tobacco" AFTER she just got done agreeing to exchange for "anything". i was dumbfounded at the hypocrisey and the rude beligerant manner and tone taken with me. So i decided on an item. Brought it up 4 the exchange, and then was not given a receipt!! So after all this about not having a receipt, they intentionally did not give me a receipt for the item i had just purchased! I told her shed lost her mind! So she called the mgr over again and instead of waiting another hour 4 her, i simply took my receipt off the counter and left. Can you imagine??? So... do not be fooled by walmarts website detailed return policies. You will not return, exchange, or refund anything without a receipt period. Not even for store credit with an id. Nope. And all that bullshit about $25 and less is cash back with or without a receipt is A CALIFORNIA LAW that walmart simply doesnt have to follow or abide by except in their written policies which are null and void as they hide behind it being " the mgrs discretion". not a law or a policy being followed when theres a tiny sign in a corner of a wall hidden away stating "no receipt, no return". Yet all policies laws and websites state otherwise. The overall demeanor and dismissive treatment by staff as if i were a worthless savage is completely inappropriate and the game of keeping the receipt is beyond childish and unprofessional. read more

I called Walmart at this location due to the Impeach Trump signs in the Walmart parking lot. I asked to speak to the Manager, but he or she refused to come to the phone so I spoke to the customer service employee that answered the phone. I stated that I have been a customer for many years and was considering buying Walmart gift cards for people for Christmas until I saw the signs to Impeach Trump. I said the signs and this support disrespected the President of the USA and the people that voted for Trump. Walmart refused to have their security or the police ask these people to leave. Perhaps this Walmart location or Walmart Headquarters is the sponsor. They only want customers that want to impeach Trump. The avoidant supervisor never came to the phone and they were okay losing me as a customer. The supervisor on today's shift can now go back and hide under his or her rock and let the lower level employee do their work for them. For Walmart to allow this on their property they must have approval from Walmart Headquarters so Impeaching Trump must be Walmart's global viewpoint. They just narrowed their customer base, and I hope their sales are affected at Christmas. read more

BEWARE OF THE PHARMACY...The only reason I even tried Walmart is because my mother who suffers from dementia needs anti-seizure medicine and this is the cheapest place. Here are three bad experiences: 1. Sent my 17 year old son in because the pharmacy was about to close. The pharmacist was closing the door prior to the posted closing time and refused to give my son the prescription that was already filled. 2. Went to pick up around their posted opening time and they the entire pharmacy staff was late. I waited for quite some time for them to get going. Don't go close to opening or closing time. 3. Called in prescription and was told by automated system it would be ready by 1 p.m. Went to go pick up at 3:10 p.m. I was told they didn't have that med in stock. No one bothered to call me. The Pharmacist said I should have called first even though the system told me I could pick up after 1 p.m. The Assistant Store Manager Bobbie (female) asked why I didn't call in advance of needing it today. Way to go with customer service Bobbie! Blame the customer. This store's personnel is as bad as their clientele. I despise Walmart and never shop there except because of their low medication cost for my mother. Target has better prices and much, much better customer service, better clientele and staff. Good luck walking out of this store happy. I get angry every time I go! Too bad medication isn't automatically covered by Medicare, then I would never set foot in a Walmart again. read more

Ripped me off!!! I thought maybe I could save a few bucks on a motorcycle battery here. Well, no, actually their prices are about the highest around. I bought one anyway, because I was already here. When I got home and opened it up, I found a used battery. So I returned it, but they wouldn't take the return, and inferred that I had put my old battery in the box and was trying to swindle them. First off, they're the ones who are ripping me off by selling me a used battery. Secondly, my motorcycle is only 3 years old, and does not have this brand of battery in it -- so where would I get the battery in the first place? If this is how they treat their customers then I'm never shopping here again. read more

Shout out to Gabriel in Automotive who helped me at the Hardware Isle, waiting for more than 30 minutes to get an associate in hardware open the locked glass case for a drill bit that turned out to be out of stock! I pressed the call button many times, two people passed by saying someone will be coming to help, they don't have the key, I called the phone line for customer service, I asked Gabriel for help who doesn't have a key either and called the PA system for hardware associate help. Finally I asked that same lady who passed by and the lady asked one male associate in the sports section station nearby if he has the key and he said he does and she then said to help the customer (me) but he didn't go immediately, I went to see Gabriel who took action and approached the male associate to get the key. Anyway, thank you Gabriel for saving the day!!! Five stars to Gabriel but one star to the store and that associate who I don't want to get the name for I don't want him to get in trouble. Went to exchange a motorcycle battery because it didn't hold charge and was told by an employee i couldn't do that so he brought the automotive manager (Gabriel) who told me he couldn't do nothing for me. This happened 2x already there batteries are garbage but i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was told by Gabriel that it was my fault that there batteries didn't work. I tried to tell him under load the battery was working at half capacity but Wal-mart mechanics know everything. What a waste of time. I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere read more

The other Walmart called to make sure they had in stock, I drove here to this one went to pick up and he said Black Friday prices were DONE on "SOME" items and not others ?? I said barely 15!mins ago? The girl just called? He wouldn't honor his word, and ad prices and regular price was almost $300?
