I jumped on Yelp to find a location with good reviews and narrowed it down to Hooper Camera. I called them first to make sure that an appointment wasn't required, no appointment needed. It was fun, fast and easy; the young man behind the counter got me handled in no time and knew all of the required specifics for a USA passport. He did inform me that they do process non USA passport photos, the photo requirements are often different; I suggest calling ahead to make sure the right person is there to take those photos. All in all a good experience and would defiantly use them again.

Recently I asked Hooper's to scan a partial carousel of 35mm of 120+ slides. What I gave to be scanned was an organized program sequence in a carousel, what I got back was a baggy full of slides an empty carousel. and a thumb drive of poorly copied / scanned slides. Based on my results I cannot recommend them for their scanning service.
