My mom had this company for her oxygen supply. They never checked on her machine. I had to call each, and every time after the company had changed their medical insurance qualifications, nobody bother to contact us and inform us when the machines stopped working when I contacted them. They simply said they don't cover it and I'm on my own or I can pay for them to come and service the machine which they were supposed to do every year and they failed to do that. Because of them, my mom was out of oxygen that she really needs until she gets tested again and qualifies with another company This is unbelievable if something like this happened to their loved one is this the way they would be giving service? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update I have read you response: No one had contacted me until I contacted you for service and that's the only time your office I formed me that your company NO LONGER ACCEPS OUR INSURANCE and Works only with HOSPICE. Albert at A1 Oxygen was outstanding in delivering, and in the caring way he worked with our family setting up and making sure our needs were met for our loved one. Ed from customer service had great patience and knowledge, he quickly got on the horn to deliver quickly to my area, my much needed oxygen. I'm a physician who frequently prescribes CPAP for obstructive sleep apnea. The standard of practice is that the CPAP vendor brings the CPAP machine to the patient's home along with an assortment of masks to determine which fits the best and is most comfortable. The most common reason patients don't use CPAP is their mask fits poorly and is uncomfortable, so they never use it or rip it off in the middle of the night. But CPAP is frequently life saving, so it's important to get this right. I just spoke with Ed at A-1 Oxygen after he had delivered CPAP for one of my patients with a mask that fit horribly. He would not correct this error and said it was my fault for not determining IN ADVANCE which mask would fit best and be most comfortable. That's not possible. This is poor care with a strong possibility of patient harm, although thankfully that did not occur in this case. read more

I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with the service I received from Ed at A-1 Oxygen! Ed was extremely helpful in fixing my power chair in a timely and professional manner. I contacted him over a holiday weekend. He was able to order the part from my photos. As soon as the part arrived I received a call from Miguel saying he would be over in 10 minutes to install it. My power chair works! The previous company I've used for 2 years wanted me to wait till the tech returned from out of town, schedule an appointment to decide what part to order, have the office order the part and then schedule another appointment for installation.
