Six months ago, my elderly mom was starting to show signs of difficulty walking with her walker…read morebecause of an old hip injury. I made a call to her geriatric physician to ask about a motorized chair, & they sent a prescription to this organization. Gohar contacted me immediately to ask for my mom's height & weight & whether she is left or right handed, so they could match her with the proper chair. She also texted me pictures of exactly what the chair would look like, which was so helpful! True to the time estimate she gave me, a few weeks later they received an approval from Medicare & contacted me. They scheduled a delivery date a few days later & said there would also be training for my mom to learn to drive the new chair. The tech who delivered, Ben, was SO helpful, & SO patient! Ben helped my mom get in the chair & adjust the foot rest, then showed her how to use the buttons, how to manuever it & how and when to charge it. She was as nervous as any first time driver, but he answered all her questions & adjusted her seatbelt, & took all the packaging with him, & did not rush his visit at all. Ben was very warm, & very calming for my mom's nerves. After a couple weeks of tentatively practicing, my mom thought that the acceleration was faulty because it was so slow going around corners. I called & requested a service call, & they were happy to do it. Then I received a text, asking for my mom to just try accelerating more through her turn, bc the problem likely was not a faulty chair. Sure enough, that did the trick! Between Gohar, Ben, & the service request, everyone here was so consistently warm & patient & understanding. The motorized chair has helped my mom get around so much easier, & painlessly. I appreciate everyone here & highly recommend them!

They received my rx a week ago and told me they had 26 pills available and would order 4 more. The woman on the phone made it sound like I could come in to pick up the 26 beforehand if I needed them sooner. I was also told despite my $10 copay with my insurance that because this was a private pharmacy it would be $35. I was unsure about this already but after a week of waiting, going in today to grab the 26 pills knowing they didn't have the 4 extra (ran out of a daily medication waiting), and then the woman I spoke with over the phone getting angry at me because she hasn't put them into a bottle & I was in a 15 min parking spot I can tell this is not the pharmacy for my family. Even if family owned and walkable from our house. Worst service, much higher prices, rude, and still don't have my full rx. They lost me as a customer when the woman offered me $5 back instead of my 4 pills. I need my full medication and is that even allowed?????

They made everything so easy for me. I simply texted a copy of my insurance card and ID, had my doctor send over my prescription, and by that afternoon, my medication was ready. In December, I caught a nasty cold and couldn't make it in to pick up my prescriptions. They sent Edward, the sweetest and funniest delivery driver, to bring my medication right to my door. Since then, I've become a very happy delivery customer. This month, I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, another driver. He was so polite and thoughtful--he didn't just toss my package over the gate or pretend I wasn't home. He actually rang my doorbell and called me to let me know my prescriptions were at the door. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Glendale RX and their amazing delivery drivers. Their professionalism and kindness have made switching pharmacies such a positive experience.
