Like most Supercenters, there are a few additional services/businesses available inside, potentially adding to the convenience of shopping here: Subway, Walmart Vision & Glasses, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. They will tell you they can't do it and put the phone down so they don't have to listen to you anymore. Has happened a few time! Today I asked for a medicine through the drive through when picking up a prescription (Mucinex D) that I had bought through the drive through at the Howell CVS and Commerce CVS. Not White Lake! She rang it up and asked for my license (which I had already given her for my prescription) then tells me "oh, you have to come in. I can't sell this through the window". I explained to her that she had my license for it, scanned them, and had already rang it up. Plus, Howell and Commerce sell meds through the window, she said yep and hung up the phone. As of this evening I am switching all my prescriptions to the CVS in Commerce! Nobody needs this kind of customer service, or lack there of!

I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

In general, the prices are a bit higher than a grocery store or superstore, but they typically have all of those drug store products you need and a good assortment of drug store makeup, plus I always love all of the holiday goodies and odds and ends you find for gifts.

I repeated my name 3 times yesterday and the gentleman looked at me and said "Natasha?" after we had already gone over my name, dob, address and what prescription I was there for. He then insisted that I live in Waterford, even after I explained to him that I have never lived in Waterford. They are in a constant state of confusion. Then he told me to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn't ready. I came back in an hour and, after cashing me out, he informed me that only half of my medicine was available and that they would try to have the rest in a couple of days. I CANNOT go without this medicine. Now, these aren't even their biggest faults. Their biggest fault is that they NEVER have anything that the doctor prescribes and they look at you like you should know what to do. They are just the most disorganized, ill prepared, over staffed but under stocked, sorry excuse for a pharmacy. I am having our prescriptions transferred to Clarkston and will drive the half an hour to avoid this dumpster fire.
