I really like this fairly new CVS store. It's centrally located on Rt. 22 East in North Plainfield. They are open 24 hours which makes it more convenient to get ur prescriptions or supplies u might need. I've had to use them several times. The staff is very nice, and always helpful. If it's after hours the best part is u don't have to deal with the traffic on Rt. 22. If u sign up for the CVS card, u can walk in and download discount coupons and get cash back applied to ur card. CVS has a nice makeup dept. along with weekly specials. It's easy to navigate through the aisles and find what u need. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here.

Pharm tech is looking at me like I was a Martian and didn't even ask to help me. After asking if she could help me, she comes to the front and I give her my script. She comes back and asks if I would like to come back and pick it up on Monday. I asked her if she knew what today was, which was Tuesday. Why would I wait 6 days for a pain med if I'm in pain now? I told her that was the reason for me calling to ask, to avoid having to hop around in the store to be told this, but her customer service was so poor, she couldn't think that far. I just had knee surgery and didn't want to do anymore unnecessary movement. The pharmacist came out and said she didn't know that I called and she would've told me they didn't carry the medication and apologized. She then called the next to nearest cvs to confirm that they had it and told me where to go. Worst experience ever. CVS located in Target in Watchung.

They once gave me a medication with twice of a dose as my doctor has prescribed. I only figured it out after I checked with my doctor. But I am done. They received my prescription two days ago for a refill and after two days they haven't ordered it yet. Their pharmacist is especially rude and doesn't take responsibility. She simply told me because my condition is not life threatening, she has no concern that I have not have my pills for two three days. I could get it filled in half an hour in CVS.
