My medication gives me a better quality of life. I don't know why she wanted to deny me of getting a medication that allows me to function. This went very well until the prescriptions began to be filled too soon for me. I was running out of space in my freezer to store them. I called and asked that they not fill the prescription until I needed it and to call prior to filling it. This was the process to be followed. It happened once. After they went back to how they handled it prior which i was not happy with. I have requested on multiple occasions to have a prescription transferred to another pharmacy and it still has not been transferred. I have spoken to the owner, the pharmacist and employees. The initial conversation I was informed there were no more refills. They would obtain a new prescription and transfer it. The prescriptions stopped coming. Then without warning they began again. A week prior to needing the medication refilled I found they had filled it and dropped it on my front bench without informing me. I called again and asked that they transfer the prescription. I was assured the transfer would occur. Two weeks prior to needing the medication refilled I found they had filled it and dropped it on my front porch without informing me. I told her that I would be filing a complaint about the handling of this one prescription. She told me this would be addressed. I had called the new pharmacy to request they fill the prescription. I was informed they did not have it and they would call Beach Terrance to get it transferred. I had now no more of one of my medications. I had now been out of the medication for 3 days. I called Beach Terrance and asked if they still had the prescription. I was told they did. I asked that they fill it and them transfer it. I was told they would do so. I just checked after 3 weeks and found this still has not been transferred. I will call again tomorrow and speak to them once more. I have enough on hand now to make it to my next appointment with the prescribing Doctor. If this has not been transferred I will request a new prescription.
