If I could, sadly, I would give zero stars. This pharmacy was so wonderful when the "elder" was…read morethere to run the operation. I have had 3 bad experiences with them since. I always try to support small, local businesses but must say it is time to move on. When you are running out of a prescription and your doctor calls it in ample time to be filled you expect it to be ready. My Doctor called mine in over 1 week and as of this writing it has not been filled. The "pharmacist" disagreed with my doctor saying they did not receive the refill order until I walked in to pick it up-in which case it was not available until Monday. I just left there and was told to come back after one! I hope there are others out there who have better success in refilling, filling prescriptions with Nambe Pharmacy in Santa Fe. I do wish them much success and maybe they could turn it around. It doesn't hurt to be pleasant, courteous , and friendly with your customer service.

This was the day of a weird surprise snowstorm in Santa Fe that essentially shut down traffic downtown at our "rush hour" - it took nearly 30 minutes to drive what usually takes 5 through the storm. I made it to the store just before closing time. The pharmacist then informed me that although I had received a text indicating that my prescription was ready, and I had dangerously driven during a storm to access that prescription for my urgent condition, the pharmacist had only filled half the order. Apparently, he took it upon himself to disagree with my physician, and provided two different lies as to why he would not fill the prescription. So - if you need to depend on a pharmacy for reliable medical support - I would not recommend relying on Nambe Drugs in Santa Fe for anything other than Advil or chewing gum. The pharmacist's behavior was probably illegal, but at the very least incredible disrespectful to me, my safety, and my prescribing doctor.

I tried Southwest Care pharmacy on the advice of a local friend, having run the gauntlet of Smith's…read more(aka Kroger), Walmart, and Albertson's. Albertson's will sell you your prescriptions for goodrx prices, BUT their service is hit or miss: while trying to effect a transfer from out of state for the third time, the telephone of the pharmacy was crackling in and out, so I punted to Southwest for the next try. Southwest timely executed the order with no fumbling BS, and their prices were less than 1/2 those of goodrx. They don't take goodrx, and with these prices, who needs it? I had an old prof who told us that 'getting it right, and getting it right the first time...are first cousins.' What a concept! SIX STARS!

They prepared it quickly but i never got a text that it was ready which happens at most other Pharmacies. The Cost was more but no a lot (less than 20%) i don't usually buy on cost alone so was willing to see about another medication i use. The attendant was not at all helpful. Giving them the medication they pulled it up on their computer and said, "It will depend, between $600 and $8,000). I said that was crazy, while it is expensive the most i have ever paid was $187. They just shrugged. They do not accept GoodRx or any outside discounts I would never go back there. It is a shame because they are attached to Southwest Care which is very important and does great work in the community.
