I've given them a few shots to get things right, and thus far it has been a nightmare. I'm not looking forward to the process of trying to change my scripts to somewhere else, but honestly I don't see another choice. Most of the pharmacists and technicians have been flat out rude to me. They attempted to fill the wrong prescriptions, then lectured me on drug dependency and controlled substances...even though I didn't ask for those scripts to be filled. (They also weren't the highly addictive controlled substances the pharmacists were making them out to be. Seriously. They had zero recreational use, and no addiction risk.)
After failing to refill the right prescriptions, they managed to get it right...only to miss one of the scripts. I was told it would be an hour to have it filled. Fine. Six hours later, I had to call back, and they still hadn't even begun to put the order in to refill it. Seriously? I understand pharmacies get busy, but don't tell someone that you're going to have it ready in an hour, if you're not even going to put it into the system for over six hours.
Picking up the scripts was equally uncomfortable. Having been lectured as though I abuse drugs, I was again informed that it was too early to pick up the scripts I never asked for. At that point I had to interrupt her because I was officially sick of the unnecessary lecture. It was their mistake, not my attempt to get anything early. The more I write in this review, the more angry I become all over again. Customer service isn't that hard, I worked in retail, and even when a customer was absolutely awful, I kept it together. In this case I was polite the entire time, until I had to interrupt the cashier because I couldn't take the unnecessary lecture for a third time. (Once was in a message, once was when I called back to make sure they were filling the right medications, and then again when I picked up the scripts.)
If you don't need regular meds, and are just using them for a one time thing, then maybe it's worth it. If you're on monthly medications, or multiple medications, I would just avoid this place. I'm not sure why they're so cranky or judgmental, but I don't plan on returning. read more
