I was happy with the "loaner" and happy with the service I received at that time. A few weeks later I was contacted by CHM and informed that my "new" CPAP was ready to be picked up and that I should bring my "loaner" in and exchange it for the "new" CPAP. At the store I did a curiosity inspection of the "new" machine and I was assured by the salesperson that it was ready to go. I signed the paperwork and went on my merry way. That evening as set up the machine prior to going to bed I discovered that "new" machine was not new. In fact, it had not even been refurbished. (BCBS of MN covers the cost of refurbished CPAPs) As evidenced by the fact that the air filter in the machine was dirty. Upon further inspection I found a card with the name and address, of who I assumed, was the previous owner, now deceased, in the carrying case pocket. For the first 10 or more evenings when I started the CPAP up there was a musty odor, similar to that of an old motel smoking room, that was emitted during the first few minutes of operation. Prior to writing this review I sent a letter to the manger of the RW CHM store. I have received no response to date. I have not used my CPAP for the past five or so days because I have had a plugged nose and coughing which I can't help but wonder may have been on by use of an infected/dirty CPAP.

I've dealt with person in past. Highly incompetent. Next window idiot couldn't come up with answer either. When I complained about long wait, and asked why they can't get it together, the second window idiot told me off in a rude manor. Such a professional....Fool, that is. I finally was told to come in store. Here is where is got really bad. I went to pharmacist window. This person can't speak proper English and is VERY hard to understand. Very very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to ask questions and asked for many repeats as it hard to understand. They got really nasty with me. I said no need to be rude, and I was told I was rude? We're at over and hour now. I was told off by a window clerk. I cut this foolish twit ( a mouthy teenager at best) off. As I will no longer be verbally and emotionally abused by 3 of the 4 pharmacy staff. I simply inquired why I was waiting at drive thru for 45 min in irritated tone. Who would not be fed up with their foolishness. After this the whole staff hangs up on me. I'm the patient, the paying customer. Quite ill and I being made to wait 45 min to 1.5 hrs, while being verbally and emotionally abused, by this horrific and toxic pharmacy staff. End result. There for over 1.5 hrs. The problems were: Given wrong info several times by window people who were charging my stuff to the WRONG insurance. Although have had right insurance for 10 months. Pharmacist could NOT find right code for 2 of my prescriptions. Clerks 2 and 3 could NOT find right codes either. Yet, I was blamed for this. Treated in an utterly rude, disrespectful and verbally and emotionally abusive way. All should be fired. Filing complaints with MN board of Pharmacy and Walgreens Corporate. Many many bad reviews here. Place must be and should be investigated and this whole staff fired for incompetentencty, disrespectful and rude behavior and being verbally and emotionally abusive of sick patients and paying customers. Utterly unbelievable they are allowed this kind of behavior and this level of incompetentcy. There should be a -0 rating for this shit hole...

Just wanted to post a heads-up regarding the Walgreens on Civic Center by Barlow plaza. I am never one to share stories like this, but this could have hurt my kids. I have two kids with rip-roaring ear infections, each of whom needed antibiotics. They told me they'd be ready in an hour. I waited in the car line for half an hour, got to the front, and was told they weren't ready and to go to the back of the line. I get to the front of the line, take the meds, and go home to treat my kids. Get home and find out that they didn't prepare the meds-- they gave me the powder and no instructions. Called and asked for them to have a reconstituted one when I went back a THIRD TIME. Got there, asked to speak to a manager when at the car window, the manager listened to my complaint, put the correct medication in the box, and said "is there anything else I can help you with?" I said "yes, it would be nice if someone apologized for screwing this up three times." He smiled, said "have a nice day," and walked away. They gave me the wrong medication for my kid. Then they gave me unprepared medication. Then a third time, they gave me the correct medication. Not once did anyone apologize. Imagine if they had messed up another child's medication and the parent hadn't caught it. Unbelievable. I will be writing to corporate, but wanted to warn moms here to check any prescriptions you get from that pharmacy, because their incompetence caused an error that could have hurt my child.

Is he related to the owner? Is he the actual owner? I cannot imagine any employer would keep a person like this on their staff with how horrible he is to people. Every time I've called there for my 90-year-old father, he is so extremely mean and disrespectful and horrible. He also treated my father horribly today, per usual. I mean, if you're just a horrible person and mean by nature, at your place of employment, you at least have to be neutral and/or civil, you can't just be downright nasty to actual customers. As a result, my father will be moving to a new pharmacy and I will continue to funnel people away from this place because of the horrible pharmacist they have there. This comment is directed, strictly towards the owner: The pharmacist that you have on staff is ruining your business. You are losing customers because of the way he treats people. Minnesota is supposed to be such a nice place, however, no one would ever think that if the only person they ever met from Minnesota was this pharmacist, they would think it's the worst place in the world. If you care about your business and you care about the treatment of your customers, I would suggest you truly reevaluate keeping this person on staff. In fact, for the record, the entire West seventh community talks badly about this pharmacist because anyone that's gone to the pharmacy has very unfortunately had to deal with him so it's common knowledge that he's just awful. I really hope you do something about this at some point. As the owner, I would suggest that you even call there posing as a customer to see how horrible you will be treated by this person. If ever you get rid of him, and that is made known, we will consider coming back, but until then, never.

I never, ever write reviews about places; in fact, this is the first time I have ever written one…read more But I feel strongly about what I am going to write. I went to this pharmacy for about three months simply because it was the closest pharmacy to my house. I tolerated the issues I had with them for a while, but eventually my patience broke. The pharmacist, Jeff, is easily in of the top five most rude people I have ever encountered. His attitude makes it seem like me getting prescriptions filled at his pharmacy is a hassle for him. On top of that, whenever I ask a question about a medication (I don't have a pharmacy degree like him, obviously), he makes me feel incredibly stupid for not knowing the answer to the question I asked. The day I stopped going there, I went in to get a refill that they said was ready when I called. Whenever I got to the counter, they told me that the doctor needed to verify that I could receive it. I was in the process of asking whether I needed to call my doctor or if he did, and he cut me off and said (in a very irritated and stuck-up tone of voice), "Obviously I'M not going to call 'YOUR doctor for you," and turned his back on me. There were so many other ways he could have said in that situation, but that is how he chose to handle my question. Long story short, if you are looking for a pharmacy and considering this one, I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like being blatantly disrespected every time you go get your medications.
