Great service and very likable people here. The general manager Alissa is a rare combination of down to earth yet professional, which was very refreshing to work with. They were eager to help and didn't make me feel like I was being burdensome despite my peculiar and complicated order. AND they put new temple arm covers on the two pairs of glasses I already owned for free! That was a very nice cherry on top. Had never been here before but will definitely go back. Frame selection is a bit smaller than most other places, at least what was on the wall... that's the only potential downside to this store that I can think of. But hey, then there is less choice-paralysis when there's a more defined selection of frames. I found the ones I wanted, so its got me thinking what's the point of a big selection if it includes a bunch of junk? Most of the frames that were there looked pretty nice to me.
