I called this pharmacy to see if they had a certain medicine because my pharmacy that I normaly use…read moretold me to give them a call. I was put on hold a couple minutes before the child like voice came back on the line and was told that thier medicine they had was for thier customers and they were not accepting any new customers at this time. I will not be using them and I will continue to post reviews on every platform I can find on the internet.

I then called CVS to verify that the pharmacist had all they needed to fill my prescriptions before my doctor's office closed. Being in lots of pain, I desperately needed these medications as soon as I could get them. When I called, I was told to call back in 15 minutes and the pharmacist will have listened to the voicemail. I called back, only to be told the same thing. I said I wanted to hold for the pharmacist and was put on hold. Many minutes later they came back thinking I was a different line, so I got put back on hold again. This happened about 4 times over the next 40 minutes and my doctor's office was now closed. I finally pleaded for them not to put me back on hold and they still did. I called back hysterical crying and the woman finally told me she would have my prescriptions ready when I got there. Nobody should ever have this much trouble getting answers when you need them urgently. Not every call or customer is urgent, so I understand waiting. But my call was the urgent one!! I'm from out of town, so if I'm ever visiting the area again, I'll use any pharmacy but this one!!

I was treated like I was a nuisance right as I walked up, was discouraged to transfer my med by telling me it's a 48 hour wait, with no other explanation. Had me standing there while they were rude to an older lady that had been waiting, she looked tired. Then the pharmacist or whoever she was asked a question while facing me, like she was asking me, I answered, and then she put her finger up in a reprimanding way, and said no, no, no, like stop talking, and I realized she was asking her co worker a question. I stood there a little longer like a child in trouble does, and then figured I would go without my med for the week. It was worth feeling like crap physically than to be treated like crap by that lady.

We couldn't get through to CVS by phone because they do not pick up, we had prescriptions faxed to CVS only to go in 24 hours later and find that they hadn't checked for faxes but found our fax immediately upon checking and said they could fill it when the delivery of meds came in the following Tuesday. My doctors couldn't get through and we finally said ENOUGH. Switched to Buy-Rite and can get them by phone, have prescriptions filled in a timely fashion and they even know you by name in short order. Sorry CVS but we won't be back.

Called ahead to talk about switching and spoke to Jasmine. She was so patient and helped me. Then made the switch. Even get a text when it was time to reorder. My only prescription a blood pressure medication. When arriving there the place was humming busy but the ladies there still took time out to be happy and go along with my jousting them in humor. Jasmine even remembered the call from a couple weeks earlier. Want to make a shout out to the following employees. Jasmine, Nene, Val.
