They still have ridiculously long wait times for phone calls. Well over an hour in some cases. They constantly mishandle one of my monthly prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME. The only reason I'm giving them an extra star is due to the pharmacy employees that actually care and try to help you. If you have options for using a different pharmacy I highly recommend doing so.

I should have come to this CVS to begin with…read more Seriously speaking, I went to both Dollar Tree and Walgreens to get mailing supplies. Dollar Tree had packing tape, Walgreens had one measly box, and yet I still needed bubble wrap. Well, as it turns out this CVS was close to both and not only had bubble wrap, but there were bubble wrap size options, plus boxes and packing tape. I really wish I'd have gone there first. It'd have saved me having to run around town.
