This is a medication that cannot be filled before the last dose runs out and the fact that a pharmacy can be so uncaring is atrocious. They haphazardly filled it with whatever they had and showed zero regard for the order from the doctor. They did not care. The tech just kept trying to get us to take whatever brand they filled it with. They are the ones who messed up and ignored a specific detail for the prescription and this was something I emphasized and explained/verified numerous times before the pick up. We ended up having to get it at another pharmacy but were forced to purchase a pill we can't take from them to be able to transfer it an hour away to another Walgreens. But when you get an email from them stating that your insurance needs updating and you go in only to find out they never had your insurance on file. Then they proceed to tell me I did not give them my card and when they checked my insurance yesterday, it ends up they do not accept my insurance. She didn't even check her inventory before accusing me. I've been going her for YEARS and always had a good rapport with the employees so it's super disgusting to be treated this way after all this time when I've never had a problem with they'll before. Apparently she was also mad that I dropped some f bombs on the phone, but I don't have to "be polite" to someone who doubles down on a stupid accusation.
