I have had an outstanding prescription/order for blood glucose testing, my prescription insurance is wanting to know if the supplies have been sent and it had been THREE MONTHS. To top it all off I have been waiting for over ONE MONTH to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy - but what I get is another set of prescriptions. To say I am not pleased with any facet of this business is an understatement. Even phone calls do not get results.

The formulation is making most 3x more nauseated at the same dose. Most are struggling with big constipation issues that were never there before. Finally the new pen dosage is calculated differently and when asked what our dosage is with the pen we are told to ask our Dr - very few of our drs are keeping up on what dose we are on but we do tell Mountain Care at each refill if we want to stay the same or go up or down... so why is that information not on the label when we get the shot? Honestly, no one is happy and everyone is starting to bail on this place. I loved it until the new year but this new formulation and roll out was HORRIBLE.

Asked to speak with a manager and she put me on hold while being put on hold for not even three seconds she got back online "just to let you know we're not allowed to provide that information so just letting you know for next time" and a snobby tone. Once the manager got online I said I'm already in the store because it took them that long for me to finally get a hold of someone and I told him I'm already in the store you're going to hear it from me and he already hung up all rudely. I am so tired of every pharmacist and pharmacist technician constantly treating me like shit just for a simple question over the phone or even getting my prescription face-to-face. While working in customer service the customer always comes first and I think with Walmart perspective it's a little low especially with their pharmacy when they're supposed to care for literally everyone that walks through the door. If I could do no rating I would because this is such bullshit for the amount of crap I have to deal with while being treated this way. I had exceptional care here during my heart loop monitor procedure. (Also known as an ILR). I had the newer (bigger & longer) Abbott version inserted... so not only did I have my heart Dr & dedicated nurse the whole time, there was also 2 Abbott Lab medical reps & even an additional medical staff member during most of the procedure. They handled my ridiculous level of allergies & autoimmune challenges fabulously & because of the perfection of all involved- I healed quickly & fully... flying out on a family trip just a week later. She knows me and my family. Today she decided to ask me for my receipt. Why would I risk my livelihood for a case of Corona and Swifter? To ask me for my receipt was insulting especially since she knows I'm a regular customer. I let her know my displeasure and welcome a response from the Store Manager. If Walmart is going to be like Costco and check the receipts then staff the store with cashiers. Lastly, what if I had decided to have my receipt texted to my phone or email the receipt to my email.
