Once the manager got online I said I'm already in the store because it took them that long for me to finally get a hold of someone and I told him I'm already in the store you're going to hear it from me and he already hung up all rudely. I am so tired of every pharmacist and pharmacist technician constantly treating me like shit just for a simple question over the phone or even getting my prescription face-to-face. While working in customer service the customer always comes first and I think with Walmart perspective it's a little low especially with their pharmacy when they're supposed to care for literally everyone that walks through the door. If I could do no rating I would because this is such bullshit for the amount of crap I have to deal with while being treated this way. Follow up my wife called around the same time I was there and got a different pharmacy technician and she was even nice enough to say oh let me look for that and see if other Walmarts have that so maybe they just need to get their shit together on what their policies are before being rude and interrupting a customer midsentence over the phone when you've been on hold for longer than 10 minutes.

I had the newer (bigger & longer) Abbott version inserted... so not only did I have my heart Dr & dedicated nurse the whole time, there was also 2 Abbott Lab medical reps & even an additional medical staff member during most of the procedure. They handled my ridiculous level of allergies & autoimmune challenges fabulously & because of the perfection of all involved- I healed quickly & fully... flying out on a family trip just a week later. Now my insur is fighting on paying the bill, but that's the jerk insur co, not this fab hospital. I'd absolutely go here again if needed!
