She took the time to fill it out and answered every question, did not become frazzled when there were multiple people in line. We found D & B to be marking up the prices on his CPAP supplies to DOUBLE what they actually are at an online store. I find this a little odd. They double the price of the supplies because they know insurance companies will kick in a portion.... I also find it odd that my insurance company also owns D & B so they are really just over charging themselves and leaving me to pay about what I would online. I just cut out the middle man and shop online now and they ship it to my house for free.

For example, I recently tore my mask on a Friday night. I was not able to get a new one over the weekend because DB does not employ a respiratory supply person on weekends. They are "on call for emergencies" but according to them me not being able to breath for two nights did not constitute an emergency. I have found better prices and better service via C-PAP Supply and plain old Amazon.

I called every day for a week and the automated system just kept saying that it's not ready. Finally after I week I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I was in hold for 2 hours. He Finally said it was just missed by mistake. Several other times I have had prescriptions sent there and they just never got them ready and the prescription timed out. I've called and they have said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later, wait in line for 15 more minutes and they tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes. Then wait another 20 minutes before they call your name then wait in line for another 10 minutes. You will be lucky if you manage to get your prescription. ​
