Everyone working today was SUPER nice. It was one of the smoothest experiences I had there. There weren't as many donors when I was there(very cold outside). Once the donors were all seated everyone else was cleaning and disinfecting. I appreciate that because it keeps all of us healthy! Thanks! read more

If you have a full day to just stand in a line and wait, this is the place for you. Only reason I give it two stars is because maybe one time out of the 100 times I have been here, I only had to wait 30 minutes instead of an hour. This place needs more people and someone to run the people. Even if they had a better system it would exponentially help. read more

Casey was working the front desk. She stopped me as I was walking to the kiosk to do my questionnaire reminding me to have my temperature taken. I patiently waited as she was on the phone. She then told me to use sanitizer, which I had done, and rolled her eyes at me when I stated that I had done so. In my fluster I messed up my questions, which results in it having be reviewed. When I went to notify Casey that I need to see a nurse she proceeded to ignore me and assist others instead that came after me. When I told her that I needed to speak with the nurse I also asked for a Supervisor. She told me I can speak with the Supervisor after and asked again to speak with he/she while waiting. In speaking with the Supervisor I was simply asked "what do you want me to do?". How completely unprofessional. It's very difficult for me to continue my donations with such lack of professionalism. read more

I love donating plasma knowing that I am helping someone else! All the staff are very good at what they do, but they aren't the friendliest.

Biolife is my place to be when I need to relax. I love the staff - they work so hard and always do above and beyond. Knowing that I'm helping someone makes donating days good days. read more
