Our insurance company requires we us D & B for medical supplies, in our case it's CPAP supplies…read more So we were buying from them when our insurance would cover a portion of the supplies, but now our crappy insurance will only cover a portion of the supply costs after my husband reaches his deductible, which he never does. We found D & B to be marking up the prices on his CPAP supplies to DOUBLE what they actually are at an online store. I find this a little odd. They double the price of the supplies because they know insurance companies will kick in a portion.... I also find it odd that my insurance company also owns D & B so they are really just over charging themselves and leaving me to pay about what I would online. I just cut out the middle man and shop online now and they ship it to my house for free.

For example, I recently tore my mask on a Friday night. I was not able to get a new one over the weekend because DB does not employ a respiratory supply person on weekends. They are "on call for emergencies" but according to them me not being able to breath for two nights did not constitute an emergency. I have found better prices and better service via C-PAP Supply and plain old Amazon.

I have been to this pharmacy…read morethree times now and it has taken a minimum of 30 minutes every time, just to pick up a prescription that was ready. Today's visit took 45 minutes for a scheduled booster shot. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork, but waited 10 minutes in line, took 5 minutes to get registered, waited another 20 minutes for my paperwork to be ready for me to fill out, then waited another 10 minutes because a person who had a later appointment than me got his paperwork immediately and got to go ahead of me. As I sat there waiting for my paperwork, I witnessed one lady being Waited on for at least 20 minutes...leaving only 1 window open. At least 8 to 12 people were hovering around the pharmacy waiting for their prescriptions and to be waited on The entire time I was there. I have been to many other Walgreens pharmacy's and have not witnessed this slow of service. This is not an isolated incident, every time I go there...no matter what day or what time of day this Is what you will get.

I…read morewaited until no one was in line, we were having insurance issues with Medicare Part D, tried multiple things and nothing worked. came back just to purchase the Rx out of pocket, BUT Sarah the pharmacist went out of her way to assist with a Pfizer co-pay card. She took the time to fill it out and answered every question, did not become frazzled when there were multiple people in line. Sarah is an asset to CVS her drive to help people is something more places need. My family is switching all our Rxs to CVS.
