I purchased a rolling machine for $65, it broke on the 5th day. Called the store to exchange, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Which means I have to return it to the manufacturer and have them fix this machine and return to me. Royal Tobacco could have gotten a credit from their vendor, but no, they sell a bad product and obviously know it because 5 days???? really. They overcharge (I buy my tobacco online as it is 1/2 price of what they charge) and the only reason I purchased from them is my machine broke completely and I needed one today. I've been here many times. It's great for a small town smoke shop with plenty of variety. They tend not to replace product soon after it runs out I've noticed though. Employees are all college students or that age at least, and are very nice! read more
